We carry no banner of peace, only the promise of righteous destruction. Kneel before judgment, or be consumed by it.
The true origins of Dies Irae have long since been lost to the void. No founding world is recorded, no first commander remembered, and no chronicle survives to mark the birth of the Order. What remains is the Creed.
It is said that when the stars were consumed by ambition, greed, and false authority, a handful of warriors renounced every banner but one. They cast aside nation, fortune, and bloodline, swearing themselves to a higher Covenant. They would no longer serve kings, corporations, or governments, but Judgment alone.
From the depths of the black, the Order was forged. They consecrated the void as their cathedral, the stars as their battlefield, and war as their sacred rite. Through unwavering discipline and absolute faith, they became an instrument of divine wrath, believing that only through trial, sacrifice, and righteous conflict could humanity be made worthy once more.
To stand beneath the banner of Dies Irae is to forsake the self. Every campaign is a crusade. Every victory is an act of devotion. Every fallen brother is remembered as a martyr to the Covenant.
They seek neither dominion nor glory. They seek only to fulfill the Creed until the Day of Wrath is upon all, and every soul has answered for itself.
Faith. Discipline. Judgement.
Wrath is sacred. Judgment is eternal.
In the beginning there was only the Void, vast and silent. From its darkness came the first truth: all things must answer for what they have become.
The empires of mankind have abandoned this truth. They have enthroned greed as virtue, comfort as faith, and fear as law. They kneel before wealth, power, and false idols forged by mortal hands.
We kneel before none.
The Void is our cathedral.
The stars are our altar.
Fire is our incense.
Steel is our gospel.
We are the ordained instruments of the Day of Wrath. We do not wage war for conquest, nor do we spill blood for pleasure. Every battle is a rite. Every boarding is a sacrament. Every soul we judge is weighed upon the eternal scales.
The worthy are spared their shame.
The unworthy are delivered unto silence.
Mercy is not ours to grant.
Absolution is not ours to promise.
Judgment alone is holy.
We reject the chains of kings, corporations, and governments, for their authority is fleeting. Their decrees end where the light of their stars fades. Our covenant is older than their laws and will endure long after their worlds have become dust.
To bear the sigil of Dies Irae is to surrender one’s former life. No name is greater than the Creed. No possession is greater than Duty. No fear is greater than Faith.
A brother shall not abandon another.
A command shall not be questioned in battle.
A covenant shall not be broken.
A coward shall not stand among us.
A blasphemer shall find only ruin.
When our banners appear upon the horizon, let the faithless tremble. Let the proud curse the heavens. Let the guilty whisper prayers into the darkness.
The Void does not answer prayers.
We do.
We are the voice that follows every unanswered plea.
We are the hand that delivers the final decree.
We are the fire that purifies.
We are the sword that divides the worthy from the condemned.
We are Dies Irae.
And when the stars themselves grow cold…
Only Judgment shall remain.
“Faith without obedience is heresy. Power without purpose is corruption. Judgment without conviction is blasphemy.”

Therefore let Faith guide Steel,
Discipline guide Wrath,
and Judgment guide all.
