History
Delta Industries began in 2954 from one simple job – salvaging. A few pilots started pulling ships apart, turning abandoned hunks of junk into steady income, sharing tips, learning together. The habit stuck – work together, learn together, and don’t quit until that reclaimer is filled to the roof.
From there we added mining, then the hauling to support it. The aim wasn’t just the riches for their own sake, but a stable, prosperous community where every role matters and everyone is an important part of it.
Today that same idea drives us: clean, coordinated operations, crews that back each other, and industry like salvaging, mining, and trading stays at the center, however we’re not afraid to step into combat when the job needs it.

Charter
Article I – Mission
Build a steady, safe community through industrial play – mining, salvaging, and trading. We step into combat when the job needs it. The goal is simple: work well together, learn together, and keep the crew moving forward.
Article II – Membership
Open to anyone who shares the vibe. No strict obligations; real life comes first. The expectations are simple – be respectful, be honest, and back your team.
Article III – Leadership
Officers organize main operations. Member input matters; decisions are made for the safety, continuity, and well being of Delta Industries.
Article IV – Code of Conduct
• Treat others with respect
• Keep comms clear during ops and classes
• No harassment, hate speech, or NSFW content
• Don’t leak internal materials or private info
• Represent Delta Ind. well in and out of the server
• Follow Discord and RSI Terms of Service
Article V – Training and Certifications
Training is available to members and guests. Some roles require certification. Instructors sign off on completions; records are kept for clarity.
Article VI – Amendments
This charter may be updated by officers with member input as the org grows or needs change.
