History
THE START
The Deltas was started by friends who were active members of an Arma mil-sim unit. Through their bond and fascination of space and the potential of Star Citizen these friends, once again, got together and created the corporation in pursuit of the infinite potential of the vast universe.

WHY JOIN THE ORGANIZATION?
The Deltas is the perfect organization for prospective employees who would like to take on management roles. As we grow, you will have the opportunity to step up, show your potential, and become one of the elites of the corporation. In older established organizations, the leaders have been in place for years and upward mobility is very difficult to achieve. At the Deltas, the only thing limiting you will only be yourself.
Individuals not interested in leadership roles also have a place in our ranks. We have a broad range of careers that will satisfy any potential employee.

RULES OF THE DELTAS
REAL LIFE COMES FIRST – We understand that each individual has a life. It is important to place family, friends, and work above all else, thus we will never judge or punish any members for tending to them. While we all enjoy the verse, it is just a game, after all.
HELP IS ALWAYS GIVEN – If a member of Deltas needs assistance, he/she will receive it; as the individual has earned it by working for the Deltas.
NO DRAMA – Life is already complicated as it is, there is no reason for anyone to create more in Deltas. Emotions must be checked at the door, as we are all here to have fun and enjoy the company of our friends.
BE RESPECTFUL – Every member of the organization shall be treated with respect. Racism, sexism, and other intolerable behavior will not be accepted and will be swiftly dealt with.
