The Order of the Omnipotent EYE [DEUSOCULUS] is a Light-RP, Space-Cult Organization, formed for the vision of providing greater purpose to the populace of the Star Citizen Community. Our main directive is to provide context and excitement to your adventures in the PU, while providing a backbone of theming to enhance and immerse you deeper into the SC experience. We allow the intended game-play experience of the game to bare the majority of the RP, while our great and growing religion fills the gaps and provides additional motivation and community history to your achievements in the verse.

THE HOLY VISION

Our purpose as it relates to game-play is to dabble in most elements of SC’s intended features, with a heavy emphasis on group play, interactions with player entities both organized or otherwise outside of the Order, and of course, to grow.

Part of the RP, the “story” of our Organization, is the story of it’s growth. There’s no preexisting multi-game-spanning zerg snowballing here, whatever size The Order has achieved when you joined is the largest it’s ever been. You will play an instrumental role in defining our presence in the ‘verse, the relationships and experiences you share with fellow org members will be part of our collective legacy, and that’s intended.

For now, as it relates to our current size, scope, and the Alpha, you’ll mainly be treated to a roster of fellow believers to play and learn with, as well as aiding in spreading the word of the faith, and indoctrinating ENLIGHTENING more players to our flavorful and zany Space Cult experience.

In the realm of Blue-skying, the intentions of the Order are to play in the sandbox with other “large” or “major” Orgs in the ‘verse, and provide the profile of both an unpredictable ally and obscure obstruction to them. Ideally through healthy and fun communications and rivalries, that make the game more varied and fun for our members, their members, and folks in smaller orgs or who play solo.

No matter what our future holds, the goal will always be fun, shouting our Culty battlecry over the mics, and being an example of what a little Thematic RP in the emergent game-play stew can provide.

OUR PLACE IN THE UNIVERSE

The Order of the Omnipotent EYE was born from the insight of it’s founder, surrounded by death and violence, the Prophet was gifted a vision of a brighter future for humanity and, indeed, all life in our humble Galaxy.
Once merely a whisper of insight only known through “memes” and rumor on the Net, the Oculist faith has resonated in the hearts of those it has reached, and, even has been mentioned (though scornfully) by mainstream News Casts on Spectrum. They call us a “cult,” they call our siblings in belief names and cast stones, but they cannot deny that we are here, we see you, and the light of insight is growing.

Thanks to the donations, communications, generosity, humanity, and love of our siblings under the EYE, our time is closer than ever before. The Order has established itself as a true, codified, organized religion on this, the time that the UEE calls 2953.
