There is no place we wont go for the success of a Contract our PMC accepts. Our clients will get what they pay for and what they pay for will be our Best!

The Devil’s Degens are indifferent to the struggles of the Verse and will take contracts as members themselves deem worthwhile!

All payment of Contracts will be subject to the discretion of individual members. As a bases for payment for our PMC contracts, we will require Clients to pay 50% upfront and any High risk contracts will incur an added upfront fee of no less than 25% (extra). The remaining 50% fees will be paid in full by our clients and any refusal to pay will be met with hostility. (Reputation with our PMC will be recorded for future reference for every contract our members take and bounties may be implemented base on individual circumstance)

High Risk Contracts: Any form of piracy or engagement with UEE forces or local law enforcement. Our PMC services during any Organizations conflicts in declarations of war or other conflicts against other Organizations or PMCs (We will not take sides but will be willing to accept these contracts. Since we can not guaranty our opposition will not take it personally we consider these contracts High Risk, since in engagements with past or future clients could potentially cause our PMC to lose future contracts because of Defamation) our PMC will not be considered allies with said Clients and at any time a contract is fulfilled Devil’s Degenerates may accept contracts that may bring our members up against former Clients and will not reflect on said Clients reputation with our PMC for any future services they may request.

All contracts accepted during any form of conflict between Client Organizations and any future Clients / Organizations will be considered JUST BUSINESS! (Do not take any form of hostility from our PMC personal, its just Business). Devil’s Degenerates can not guaranty that we will not procure Defamation for actions taken against our Clients Opposition in Conflicts, this is the cause for these contracts to be considered High Risk.

If our members take payment for a contract that they deem worth while and fail to uphold that contract, full reimbursement of any payment made will be refunded in full at our PMC members expense.

We will strive to uphold our end of the Contract, all contracts are expected to be paid in full. All Contracts are expected to be paid in full after the completion of a successful contract. Any adjustments needed during the fulfillment of contract can be considered by our members discretion and changes made to contracts agreed upon by both parties.

If for whatever reason we are unable or unwilling to fulfill a contract after accepting said contract, the client will be reimbursed. (Determined by the circumstances of the denial or refusal of our services to fulfil contracts by our members, our Clients will be reimbursed minus any fees our PMC has procured do to any breach of Contract by our Clients) If there is a breach in contract by our clients the 50% upfront payment will not be reimbursed. (Including High risk fees)

All contracts will require clients to pay 50% upfront at a minimum to cover costs of fuel, ammo and repairs (Unless otherwise predetermined and agreed upon before the consideration of the contract by our members). The remaining 50% will be paid after completion of said contract and any losses our clients or our members incur will be subtracted from the reaming 50% to cover losses. (Unless our clients or PMC losses are subjected to incompetents’ and any further investigation will be determined by any complaints against our PMC or against said Clients.)

Our PMC is not responsible to cover any fees for fuel, ammo or repairs our clients procure. Any mishaps our client causes because of mistakes made by our client is there sole responsibility or that if our client is at fault for any loss of our PMC members property or our Clients own property, will be subject to investigation. All remaining unpaid fees for a failed contract, that is found to be because of our clients incompetency will be requested for payment (The remaining 50% of the contract fees).

Clients will be rated by our PMC for reputation purposes and High risk contracts will only be accepted based on payment of 75% or more not including the added fee of said High risk Contracts (Minimum 25% extra upfront) on level of risk and reputation of our clients. Any PMC member may request full payment upfront for any contract they deem necessary. Any PMC member or Client who fails to uphold a contract because of dishonesty will be expelled from our PMC and blacklisted along with any Client who does not fulfill said contract. (Bounties will be considered based on circumstances)

Any contract that has been paid by our client and our client redacts said contract without both parties agreement on changes made and the contract with any changes not agreed upon by both parties is fulfilled, an added charge of 25% will be required for said contract.

Any expenses our PMC covers and at our members discretion, contracts can be redacted if first agreed upon by both parties, after the initial contract has been accepted. Any additional fees for changes made to the original contracts will be requested upfront. The remaining fee will then be refunded if contract terms are not agreed upon minus 25% of the agreed upon contract to cover PMC fuel, ammo, repairs costs.

All payment that have been made upfront will be kept if it is determined that our Clients contract is unable to be fulfilled because the client has withdrew the contract or has breached the agreed upon terms of said contract. Arrangements made with individual members or the entirety of our PMC for any services will be completed as discussed before hand and at anytime our Members feel the contract they accepted is not what was agreed upon or any changes made to active contracts that are not agreed upon, our PMC will not be held responsible. All upfront payments will be kept and Clients reputation with Devil’s Degenerates will be recorded. (All complaints by our Clients will be taken seriously and will be subject to investigation).

There is no security in freedom. We will provide security to protect the free. High Value Contracts will be considered and discussed among the leadership for large scale PMC operations. Individual members are free to take any contract they deem appropriate and acceptable under the Devil’s Degenerates banner. Any aid or support our members request from other Devil Ducks will be acknowledged. All contracts will be upheld to the best of our members abilities and any violation or contract breach outside or unwarranted engagement will be investigated. Contracts will be upheld to the best of our members abilities and our members discretion is top priority to ensure there safety, the safety of our clients and success of every mission.
