History

The history of The Handsome Devils is best told through the words of GHOST, one of the original members of DEVILS Squad. His journal follows the crew from their years of service under the UEE, through doubt, betrayal, survival and finally the birth of something new.

What began as a military unit became a brotherhood, forged by loyalty, loss and the need to answer to no one but each other.

Everything you need to know, including GHOST’s complete journal, can be found on our website.

Manifesto

The Handsome Devils Manifesto

We are The Handsome Devils.

We are not here to be perfect soldiers, silent professionals or another faceless organisation lost in the verse. We are here to fly together, make stories worth telling, earn our credits, help where we can, and survive the kind of situations that probably should have killed us.

We believe a good crew is built on loyalty, humour, teamwork and trust. Ships can be replaced. Gear can be bought again. Credits come and go. But the people you fly with matter. A good crew turns a simple cargo run into an adventure, a failed plan into a memory, and a bad day into something you can laugh about later.

The Handsome Devils welcome all kinds of pilots. Fighters, haulers, rescuers, miners, salvagers, scouts, medics, explorers and professional troublemakers all have a place here. We enjoy variety, and we believe the verse is best experienced when you are willing to try different things, take on new jobs and see where the night takes you.

We offer our services to those who need them. Security, transport, rescue, support, scouting, industry and specialised contracts are all part of what we do. Sometimes we protect the little guy. Sometimes we chase profit. Sometimes we answer a call because nobody else will. And sometimes, we simply do it because it sounds like fun.

We use ranks and corps to give the organisation structure, but we do not confuse structure with ego. Leadership exists to organise, support and keep the crew moving, not to make people feel small. Every Devil has a voice, every member matters, and every good idea deserves to be heard.

We do not take ourselves too seriously. Plans will fail. Ships will explode. Someone will forget the landing gear. Someone will absolutely press the wrong button. That is part of the charm. We are here for the moments that make people laugh, swear, cheer and say, “I cannot believe that worked.”

Our home is not a planet, station or system. Our home is wherever the crew gathers, wherever the credits flow, and wherever The Handsome Devils are needed next.

We fly for freedom.
We fly for loyalty.
We fly for good stories.
We fly handsome.

Certe Non Explodet — “It definitely won’t explode.”

Charter

The Handsome Devils Charter

The Handsome Devils are a laid-back Star Citizen organisation built around teamwork, variety, loyalty and good stories. We operate as an independent crew that enjoys many parts of life in the verse, including combat, logistics, search and rescue, industry, reconnaissance and asset acquisition.

Our purpose is simple: fly together, support each other, offer useful services to other pilots and crews, and create memorable moments along the way. We take the crew seriously, but not ourselves too much. Mistakes happen, ships explode, and sometimes chaos becomes the best part of the story.

The organisation uses ranks and corps to give members structure, direction and a place to belong. These systems exist to help organise the crew, not to limit anyone. Members are encouraged to explore different roles, try new gameplay loops and find the path that suits them best.

Every member of The Handsome Devils is expected to respect the crew, play fair, communicate during operations and help keep the community enjoyable for everyone. We value good attitude over ego, teamwork over drama, and loyalty over empty words.

Our rules are known as The Bible of The Handsome Devils. You can read them here to learn more about how we keep the crew respectful, active and fun.
