• This is an hierarchical organisation and following the chain of command and obeying orders will make us stronger.

• NEVER be angry on your fellow pilots. If they fail to follow up on what you intended; you didn’t prepare them correctly or you made a bad call.

• In case of an emergency: first call it in, then start rescue mission. Always protect yourself first.
