Core principles

Authority & Adherence to policy

Authority within the order flows directly from the Primarchs through the chain of command they established. All members are required to respect, uphold and comply with organizational policies, directives, and lawful orders issued by their superiors.
Discipline is essential to unity within the order and operational success. Orders issued by superior ranks must be followed directly unless they violate the core ethics of the order. In such cases reports must be made to Arbiters through proper channels.
Failure to adhere to policy or lawful orders may result in disciplinary action being applied depending on the severity and intent of violation.

Brotherhood & Unity

The order stands united. Members are expected to foster collaboration, community and mutual trust between members at all times. In fighting and internal hostility or actions that clash with social cohesion shall not be tolerated.
Every member should feel welcomed, supported and empowered to collaborate freely planning operations, events and flying without leadership present or intervening.

Conduct and decorum

All members must understand that you represent the order at all times on or off duty in uniform or not. This means that you must always act in a way befitting a member at all times, including acting with dignity, professionalism and restraint.
This standard should be applied to but not limited to these examples.
Combat operations
Public channels including global chat and spectrum
Private communications
Discord, events and Order communication channels
Harassment, griefing discrimination and unbecoming behavior whether internal or external is strictly prohibited and subject to investigation and disciplinary action as needed.

Stewardship of assets and resources

All assets entrusted to the order must be used responsibly and in a reasonable manner so as to not cause damage or wear unnecessarily.
Members must ensure they do not expose the location of any assets or allow unauthorized members or non members access to these assets.
These assets can include but are not limited to these examples.
Ships and vehicles
Equipment including guns, medical supplies and provisions
Facilities, stations and logistic depots.

Legacy & Long-Term vision

The Order intends to function well into the future and expand into newer ventures as possible.
This will include building facilities around the verse, acquiring assets, members and alliances between other organizations to help uplift us or the verse around us. And to help with operations. – Primarch Hxxdxn
