Every port has its regulars. Ours just happen to travel. A small crew of pilots who fly together, take odd jobs when the credits run low, and always find a way to end up at the same table.

History

It started with a few friends who kept ending up at the same table in Delamar. Somewhere between the late-night runs and the odd job to cover fuel, we realized we weren’t just a crew that happened to fly together. We were regulars. These days we’ve spread out across the system, but the table is always there for whoever shows up.

Manifesto

1. Friends first, freelancers second.
We’re here for the company. The work is what we do while we’re together, not the reason we’re together.

2. Everyone gets a seat.
New pilot, old hand, or someone who only logs in on weekends. If you show up, you’re one of us.

3. No grind without good company.
We’d rather spend an hour on a boring cargo run with friends than a perfect run alone.

4. Take the odd job, keep the clean record.
We work for credits, but we don’t burn bridges for them. Our word is worth more than the payout.

5. We laugh at the 30K.
Bugs, crashes and lost cargo happen. We swap stories, not blame.

6. Wherever we end up, we end up together.
Every port has its regulars. Ours just happen to travel.

Charter

I. Purpose
Delamar Regulars is a social club first and a freelance crew second. We exist to play together, talk together and make the verse feel a little smaller. Work is welcome, but never the point.

II. Membership

Anyone who respects this charter and enjoys good company is welcome.
No minimum playtime, no required rank, no mandatory events.
Members are expected to be reachable now and then, but life comes first. Going quiet for a while is fine.

III. Conduct

Treat everyone at the table with respect, in the org and outside it.
No griefing, scamming or harassment, whether toward our own members or other players.
Disagreements are settled in conversation, not in public chat or in the game.
Bad luck, bugs and 30K crashes are never anyone’s fault.

IV. Freelance Work

Jobs are optional, and no one is pushed into one.
We take work that is fair and keeps our record clean.
Payouts are split openly among whoever took part, agreed before the job starts.
If a job goes wrong, the crew deals with it together.

V. Gatherings

We meet whenever people are online, with no fixed schedule required.
Casual hangouts, small group flights and shared activities are all equally welcome.
Anyone can suggest a plan, and anyone can say no to one.

VI. Decisions
Big decisions, like new members, rule changes and the org’s direction, are made by talking it through with the whole crew. If we can’t agree, the founders have the final say.

VII. Leaving
People come and go, and that’s normal. Leave quietly or loudly, you’re always welcome to come back and take your seat.
