History
The Imperial Guard of Dolg was born in the ashes of chaos.
Humanity’s expansion into the stars was not without cost: with each new frontier came the rise of lawless banditry, alien incursions, and corrupted elements that endangered civilian lives. Colonies burned, trade routes collapsed, and entire worlds were left scarred by greed and neglect.
Where governments faltered and corporations turned a blind eye, the first Guard detachments were formed — battle-hardened men and women who refused to watch humanity’s future unravel. Bound by a creed of sacrifice, discipline, and vigilance, they swore themselves to Duty: the absolute protection of civilization against all who threatened it.
Over decades, these scattered militias merged into a single brotherhood: The Intergalactic Guard of Duty. No longer just defenders of isolated outposts, the Guard became a holy crusade — an iron wall standing between humanity and the chaos beyond the stars.

Loyalty until death. Strength in unity.
Charter
We, the Imperial Guard of Dolg, stand as the wall between humanity and oblivion.
We were forged in the fires of lawlessness, alien menace, and corruption.
We exist to ensure that humanity not only survives, but endures united, disciplined, and unbroken.
This Charter binds us together in loyalty, defines our structure, and secures our eternal Duty.
Article I – Authority
The supreme authority of the Guard rests in the Supreme Marshal, whose word is law.
The High Marshal serves as second-in-command and executor of the Supreme Marshal’s will.
Beneath them, command is delegated through Marshals, Centurions, and appointed officers, each sworn to uphold the Guard’s creed without compromise.
Article II – Membership
Any citizen of humanity may seek to join as an Initiate, provided they pledge loyalty to the Guard’s cause.
Upon proving discipline and devotion, Initiates rise to the rank of Guardsman, joining the ranks of humanity’s defenders.
Advancement through the Guard’s hierarchy is earned by sacrifice, obedience, and merit.
Membership is for life. Loyalty until death is the law of our brotherhood.
Article III – Conduct
Discipline is absolute. Orders are to be obeyed without hesitation.
Banditry is treason. Those who prey on civilians or disrupt lawful order are enemies of mankind.
Alien threats are not to be trusted. They are to be contained, controlled, or destroyed.
Unity above all. Division weakens the Guard; loyalty strengthens it.
Betrayal is unforgivable. Those who turn against the Guard face exile or eradication.
Article IV – Operations
The Guard secures the most dangerous frontiers of known space.
The Guard eradicates piracy, smuggling, and organized banditry.
The Guard contains and eliminates alien threats and illicit technologies that endanger humanity.
The Guard holds ground where governments and corporations fail, ensuring no frontier is abandoned.
Article V – Symbols of the Guard
The colors of the Guard are crimson, black, and silver — signifying sacrifice, vigilance, and unity.
The emblem of the Guard is the fractured star upon a shield, symbolizing humanity’s survival through discipline and sacrifice.
The Guard’s motto is:
“Loyalty until death. Strength in unity. Humanity unbroken.”
Article VI – Amendments
This Charter may only be altered by decree of the Supreme Marshal, with the counsel of the High Marshal and command staff.
Any alteration must serve the Guard’s eternal mission: the preservation of humanity.
