Space Dolphins / DOLPHINS

In the year of 1963 fifteen dolphins were launched into space, apart of the UEDS (United Earth Dolphin Spaceship). The ship’s mission was to search for life in the surrounding solar systems. Unfortunately the UN lost contact with the UEDS shortly after it left our solar system. The dolphins, giving up hope they would ever be found, continued on their mission eventually finding the Vanduul before any other races. Earth records do not recognize this as first contact as they are dolphins silly. The Vanduul trained and mentored the remaining thirteen dolphins into merciless space pirates who would roam the Vanduul systems,raiding and butchering any they came across and one day hoping to return the earths lush and fertile waters. 146 years on the space dolphins thrive on their huge frigate of lush waters. The dolphins that inhabit the ship only remember whispers of their ancestors that were apart of the first launch of UEDS. the dolphins continued to raid colonies to survives as was the Vanduul way, until one day making contact with a human colony. The dolphins, filled with joy land and ask the humans the co-ordinance to the beautiful world of Earth. The dolphins, upon making contact with Earth waters are hailed as heroes. The humans asked how the dolphins had survived so many years in space and to which the dolphins told them the story of the original fifteen dolphins aboard the UEDS and their legendary tales of their Vanduul mentors and how they raided colonies to survive. Humans around the room filled with joy and told the dolphins to lead them to the vanduul they had meet. this lead to human first contact in the year 2681. After the first contact meeting went sour the Vanduul attacked dolphins and humans alike, resulting the numerous human dolphin deaths. The dolphins were then exiled from earth for learning from such monstrous aliens. Dolphins aboard the UEDS gathered for a meeting to decide the fate of the space dolphin race. They decided to go their separate ways among the waters of various planets and solar systems in the surrounding area, the remaining dolphins aboard the UEDS refused the give up the old space dolphin ways and to this day continue to raid and smuggle throughout the stars.
