We are the DPRC! We will probably forget! Who do we need to forgive again? Expectations are overrated!
History
The DPRC was created by necessity, as the complexities of operating all multi-crew ships, but especially capital class ships continues to grow, the need of a loosely associated group of pilots and multi-crew enjoyers was deemed to be of the upmost importance, a place that was built upon the idea that not everyone wants to be in a full time org, yet still would greatly appreciate having access to a place with a pool of citizens that share their love for multi-crew ships and capital ships that they can call upon to see who is willing to crew up to achieve whatever goal is desired or needed at that time, without the obligations that would come from other large scale orgs, this is a place built by the crews, for the crews and those who love being apart of something large without the need to be tied down to whatever your org says needs to happen.
Final words to take to heart, sit back, relax, and do not take things too seriously, we are all here for the love of the journey and the ships we get to crew along the way!
Manifesto
Here in the Democratic Pilots Republic of Capitals, we hope to be a solid pool of independent contractors and mercenaries who operate autonomously and of their own volition the achieve their own individual goals in the verse without the worry of weather their organizational leadership would approve of their ambitions or how their means may reflect upon the org in a whole, this is first and foremost a place of community and a network for finding others who are willing to accompany you on your personal adventure if other independent contractors so see it fit and / or mutually beneficial to do so, everything beyond the main objectives of this group are an after thought and things can very, but regardless we hope to be a ideal location for acquiring crew members for the love of large scale interactions that may be hard to achieve without dedicating large amounts of your time to a org that may not be fitted to those who like their independence in the verse!

Respect other members time, respect other members wishes and show them respect as a person in a whole regardless of personal biases or beliefs, we are here to share the love of large ships, and see them crewed to maximize their potential, not drag each other down.
