DraXon Industries traces its origins to the ambition and ingenuity of the Dracario brothers, Michael and Asic. The two leveraged a combination of resourcefulness, strategic partnerships, and financial acumen to transform their vision into one of the galaxy’s most influential corporations.

In 2890, the brothers founded the Intergalactic Consortium of Resources (ICOR) with a fortune inherited from their late father, Arturo Dracario, whose dealings with Hurston Dynamics and Drake Interplanetary shaped the foundation of their enterprise. While Hurston Dynamics was known for its rigid corporate hierarchy and resource exploitation practices, Drake Interplanetary inspired the Dracarios with its bold, frontier-oriented spirit. These influences fueled the creation of ICOR, a company that combined innovation, ambition, and a keen eye for opportunity.

Michael served as the visionary leader, setting the strategic direction, while Asic excelled in managing day-to-day operations and forging key alliances. Together, they portrayed ICOR as a lawful and sustainable corporation committed to responsible resource management. However, beneath the polished image, the Dracarios were unafraid to exploit loopholes, push boundaries, and conduct covert operations to expand their reach.

Golden Era and Galactic Expansion (2900 – 2930)

By 2900, ICOR had become a formidable galactic entity. Michael’s bold strategies and Asic’s operational efficiency allowed the company to expand rapidly across UEE-controlled systems and beyond. Publicly, ICOR promoted sustainable practices and technological innovation, but internally, the Dracarios employed a combination of strict workforce discipline, private security forces, and covert dealings to maintain their dominance.

The company’s logo—a golden dragon’s head—symbolized their relentless pursuit of power and success. Employees were bound by strict contracts and subjected to constant monitoring under the “Oculus” AI surveillance system, introduced by Michael to prevent dissent and protect corporate secrets.

Transformation into DraXon Industries (2930 – 2950)

In 2930, ICOR rebranded as DraXon Industries, signaling a new era of growth and diversification. The company expanded into sectors such as transportation, refining, and private military operations. This transformation included the creation of DraXon SpecOps, a covert division tasked with handling sensitive and controversial assignments.

The brothers continued to work in tandem, with Michael focusing on high-level strategy and Asic managing internal affairs. Their partnership solidified DraXon’s reputation as a powerful, innovative force in the galaxy.

The Rift Between Brothers and the Fight for Control (2950 – Present)

Over the past year, the once-unbreakable bond between Michael and Asic began to fracture. Public pressure and internal tensions took their toll, with Asic showing signs of erratic behavior. Michael became increasingly concerned that the stress of managing the company had affected Asic’s mental stability.

Matters worsened when Asic attempted to shift DraXon’s strategic direction by forming a controversial partnership with Origin, a luxury-focused competitor with designs on DraXon’s core assets. This move, seen by many as a potential betrayal, threatened the company’s independence and risked a hostile takeover.

Simultaneously, Michael proposed bold plans to expand DraXon’s operations into the volatile Pyro system. These plans, though ambitious, sparked significant debate within the company. Asic publicly criticized the initiative, and leaked internal discussions to the press, further damaging the company’s reputation and shareholder confidence.

Faced with the growing discord, Michael made the difficult decision to take full control of DraXon Industries. Using his majority stake in the company and leveraging support from key executives, Michael initiated a boardroom coup. He called an emergency meeting of the Board of Directors, presenting evidence of Asic’s erratic behavior and unauthorized dealings with Origin. The Board voted overwhelmingly to remove Asic from his leadership role.

To solidify his position, Michael invoked DraXon’s strict corporate charter, which granted him executive authority in times of internal crisis. DraXon SpecOps was deployed to secure critical company facilities and data, preventing any sabotage attempts by Asic’s loyalists.

Asic was officially removed from the company and placed under supervised care to address his mental health concerns. His departure marked the end of an era and the beginning of a new chapter for DraXon Industries under Michael’s sole leadership.
