History Manifesto Charter

History

Formed of 2 players love of gaming, a brotherhood was formed that created the Drifters. We have many groups in many different genres of games but the feel of those groups doesn’t change. We support everyone, regardless of Age, Race, Ability, or Wealth. ALL are welcome in out online family.

Core Focus Areas
Trade & Hauling: Build up reliable trade routes and cargo ops. Members can specialize in logistics, escorting, or route scouting.

Mining & Salvage: These are steady PvE money-makers. Having divisions for resource extraction and salvage to ensure consistent income streams.

Exploration & Science: Charting jump points, scanning anomalies, and data running.

Charter

Drifters Organisation Ruleset:

Drifters is more than an organisation—it’s a community. By following this charter, every member helps build a safe, inclusive, and thriving environment where we can explore the ‘verse together, earn honestly, and enjoy the journey.

1. Respect & Inclusivity
Zero Tolerance: Bullying, harassment, racism, sexism, homophobia, or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated.

Inclusive Language: Members must use respectful language in all communications—voice, text, and chat.

Supportive Culture: Encourage and uplift fellow members. Everyone should feel welcome regardless of background, skill level, or playstyle.

2. Conduct in Game & Chat
No Toxicity: Avoid hostile behavior, griefing, or excessive negativity in game or chat.

Professionalism: Treat allies, strangers, and even rivals with courtesy. We represent Drifters wherever we go.

Conflict Resolution: Disputes should be handled calmly and escalated to officers if needed.

3. Gameplay Ethics
Honest Earnings: All aUEC must be earned through legitimate PvE/PvP activities. Griefing, scamming, or exploiting mechanics is forbidden.

Teamwork First: Prioritize cooperation and group success over individual gain.

Fair Play: Respect game rules and avoid cheating, exploiting, or using unauthorized third-party tools.

4. Community Engagement
Participation: Members are encouraged to join scheduled ops, training, and events.

Contribution: Share knowledge, resources, and support with fellow members.

Representation: When flying under the Drifters banner, act in a way that reflects positively on the org.

5. Leadership & Accountability
Chain of Command: Respect the leadership structure. Officers and Division Leads are responsible for maintaining order.

Transparency: Org resources and decisions will be managed openly.

Accountability: Violations of this charter may result in warnings, suspension, or removal from the org.

6. External Relations
Diplomacy: Treat allied and neutral orgs with respect.

No Hostility: PvP engagements should be consensual or defensive only.

Reputation: Protect the reputation of Drifters by acting honorably in all external interactions.
