Charter
Delta-V Logistics Charter
Article I: Name and Purpose
1.1 Name: The organization shall be known as Delta-V Logistics, herein referred to as “the Organization.”
1.2 Purpose: The primary purpose of Delta-V Logistics is to engage in salvaging and trading operations within the Star Citizen universe. The Organization shall strive for excellence, innovation, and collaboration in the pursuit of industrial prosperity.
Article II: Membership
2.1 Eligibility: Membership is open to individuals who share the values and objectives of Delta-V Logistics, irrespective of race, gender, religion, or background.
2.2 Admission: Prospective members must undergo a probationary period during which they demonstrate their commitment to the Organization’s principles. Upon successful completion, they will be granted full membership.
2.3 Responsibilities: All members are expected to contribute actively to the Organization’s goals, maintain a positive and collaborative spirit, and adhere to the principles outlined in the Delta-V Logistics Manifesto.
Article III: Leadership Structure
3.1 Leadership Council: The organization shall be overseen by a Leadership Council composed of experienced and dedicated members. The Council will be responsible for strategic decision-making, conflict resolution, and the overall well-being of the Organization.
3.2 Leadership Positions: Leadership positions, including but not limited to CEO, Operations Director, and Trade Coordinator, may be appointed by the Leadership Council based on merit and expertise.
3.3 Elections: In the event of leadership position vacancies, elections shall be conducted among eligible members to fill the roles. All leadership positions are subject to periodic reevaluation.
Article IV: Operational Guidelines
4.1 Salvaging Operations: Delta-V Logistics shall conduct salvaging operations in accordance with ethical and legal standards. Respect for the cosmic environment and responsible salvaging practices shall be paramount.
4.2 Trading Operations: The Organization will engage in trade activities with fairness, transparency, and integrity. Delta-V Logistics shall maintain ethical business practices in all trade negotiations and agreements.

Article VI: Amendments
6.1 Amendment Process: Amendments to this charter may be proposed by any member and shall be subject to approval by a two-thirds majority vote among the Leadership Council and a simple majority vote among the general membership.
