History

Starting out as a hot dog stand in Boston, Earth (Sol III) in the early 21st century, HBL evolved into a tight knit premier paramilitary group focused on contracted security, combined arms operations, and secure transport of essential materials throughout UEE space. The founder of HBL sadly passed away before they could tell anyone what HBL actually meant. HBL HQ is located in Port Renatus on Mars (Sol IV).

§1 – The Geneva Convention stands
§2 – The human right still exists
§3 – No Bigotry (transphobia, homophobia, racism, or any discrimination towards any other group)
§4 – Personal attacks or insults will not be tolerated

Do not encourage or promote the use of above behaviors
Rules are subject to common sense, to violate the spirit of the rules is a violation in and of itself and subject to enforcement.
