History
E.A.G.L.E.S. is evolving just like Star Citizen, the game we eagerly anticipate. As we grow, adapt to game changes, and fine-tune our operations, now is the perfect time to join us and have your voice heard.
Introduction:
Our goal is to be a one-stop shop for all your needs, whether you are a member, an individual customer, or another organization. Joining E.A.G.L.E.S. opens a network of citizens ready to team up in one of our many service divisions. This allows our members to either focus on one main profession or enjoy varied operations each day, thus experiencing the game on a broader level.
We aim to grow the largest network of citizens who enjoy a positive gaming experience in an MMO, as it is meant to be—together! Our officers are great leaders both in real life and in-game, ready to train and lead you in specialized areas or help you enjoy multiple playstyles as a jack of all trades.
We work with many customers on various contract levels, from individual protection or escort services to large-scale organizational operations. All contracts involve in-game UEC transactions, enabling us to assist members with purchasing new gear, ground vehicles, and ships as they grow within the organization.
Who We Are Looking For:
E.A.G.L.E.S. is seeking experienced players who have been with RSI from the beginning and new players looking for an active group. We value the experience and knowledge of long-time followers and participants in the game’s development. For newer players, we offer mentorship with expert guidance to make your gameplay immersive, positive, and fun.

This will give you an in-depth view of our operations and help you find where you might fit in. Complete the application honestly to ensure you fit into the organization and the division(s) you want to be part of. Once accepted, you’ll be paired with a mentor for training in your selected operations.

Charter
Preamble:
We, as citizens of the universe, united in our diversity, recognizing the need for order, justice, and prosperity, establish this Charter to govern our society within the bounds of the Empire Aerospace Guardian Liaison & Enforcement Security (EAGLES).
Article I: Principles and Foundation Sovereignty of Citizens: The power and authority of EAGLES reside in its citizens, who shall exercise their rights and responsibilities with due regard to the common good.
Charter Framework: EAGLES shall be governed by a Charter that upholds the values of democracy, justice, liberty, equality, and the rule of law.
Separation of Powers: The powers of the organization shall be divided into various divisions, ensuring a system of checks and balances.
Article II: Rights and Freedoms Fundamental Rights: All members shall enjoy fundamental rights and freedoms, including but not limited to freedom of speech, assembly, religion, and the pursuit of happiness, without discrimination.
Equality and Non-Discrimination: Every member shall be equal before the law, regardless of race, gender, religion, or any other distinction, and discrimination in any form shall be prohibited.
Property Rights: The right to private property shall be respected, subject to the just laws of EAGLES.
Article III: Governance and Institutions
Leadership Structure:
The Leadership of EAGLES shall consist of appointed leaders who shall oversee operations, ensure the security and prosperity of the organization, and act as representatives of the members. Leadership roles may include Commanders, Officers, and other designated positions as deemed necessary.
Operational Management:
Operational Management shall be responsible for the implementation of strategies, coordination of missions, and day-to-day activities of EAGLES. This includes maintaining resources, planning operations, and ensuring effective communication among members.
Advisory Council:
An Advisory Council shall be established to provide guidance and support to the Leadership. The Council shall consist of experienced members who offer insights, propose initiatives, and help shape the direction of the organization.
Member Engagement:
EAGLES values the input and engagement of its members. Regular meetings, forums, and channels for feedback shall be established to ensure that the voices of all members are heard and considered in decision-making processes.
Code of Conduct:
The Code of Conduct shall serve as the guiding principles for all members of EAGLES. It outlines the expectations for behavior, ethics, and collaboration within the organization. Members are expected to uphold these standards at all times.
Conflict Resolution:
A conflict resolution process shall be in place to address any disputes or issues that may arise within the organization. This process aims to ensure fair and impartial resolution, maintaining harmony and cooperation among members.
Article IV: Citizenship and Participation Citizenship: Membership shall be granted to those who pledge allegiance to the Charter, uphold its values, and contribute positively to EAGLES.
Education and Civic Engagement: EAGLES shall promote education and civic engagement to foster an informed and active membership.
Article V: Protection and Security Defense and Security: EAGLES shall provide for the defense and security of its members, ensuring peace within its borders and protection against external threats.
Law and Order: EAGLES shall establish and maintain law and order, ensuring the safety and rights of all members.
Article VI: Divisions of EAGLES
• B.E.A.V.E.R. = Both Equipment & Vehicles Efficiently Repaired – Repair and Salvage Team ensuring the maintenance and recovery of assets.
• C.H.E.E.T.A.H.S. = Competitive High-Speed Enthusiasts Engaging in Thrilling Adrenaline Heart-pounding Sports – Racing Team delivering fast-paced, exhilarating experiences.
• F.A.L.C.O.N. = Fortified Astronautical Logistical Command Operational Nighthawks – Air Force Dogfighting Division engaging in high-stakes aerial combat.
• F.O.X. = Field Operations & eXtractions – Field Medical Team providing critical medical support and extractions.
• F.R.O.G. = Field Reconnaissance Operations Group – Mercenaries Team handling investigations, bunker invasions, and cargo recovery.
• H.A.W.K. = Hunt And Willfully Kill – Bounty Hunter Team tracking and eliminating targets.
• L.E.M.U.R. = Lunar Exploration and Multi-Universe Research – Space Science Research Team exploring and conducting groundbreaking research.
• M.O.L.E. = Miners Operating in Lode Excavations – Mining and Resourcing Team supplying essential resources.
• R.A.P.T.O.R. = Reliable Asset Protection & Tactical Operational Recon – Black Ops Team conducting high-risk security operations.
• T.O.R.T.O.I.S.E. = Transportation Operations for Rapid Transfer Of Items & Shipment Efficiency – Transportation Team managing the movement of resources and personnel.
• W.O.L.F. = Wisdom Observations & Logical Facts – Intelligence and Espionage Team gathering critical information and conducting covert operations.
Article VII: Amendment and Review Amendment Process: Amendments to this Charter may be proposed by any member, but requiring a supermajority vote for approval.
Regular Review: The Charter shall undergo regular review to ensure its relevance and alignment with the evolving needs of EAGLES.
Conclusion
This Charter is hereby established as the fundamental law of EAGLES, guaranteeing the rights, freedoms, and responsibilities of its members, and ensuring the prosperity and welfare of the organization.
Limited Liability
To the extent not prohibited by UEE Law, Empire Aerospace Guardian Liaison & Enforcement Security shall not be liable for personal injury or any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses. These limitations apply regardless of the perceived liability and even if the customer or client has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
