Independent captains, bound by honor, forging strength together in the endless void.

History

In the shadowed lanes of the frontier, where UEE patrols fade and corporate influence wanes, a new constellation has emerged. We are the Eclipse Frontier Network—a syndicate of Freelancers bound not by law or contract, but by the shared pursuit of autonomy and survival beyond the reach of empire.

Our name carries meaning: the Eclipse represents the veil we cast over those who would seek to control us, while the Frontier is the endless expanse we claim as our domain. The Network is our lifeline—pilots, traders, explorers, and mercenaries woven together into a web of trust, resilience, and mutual aid.

We are not a corporation, nor a military. We are a collective of captains who choose their own path yet recognize the strength of solidarity. Each ship is a sovereign star, but together we form a constellation that cannot be extinguished.

Our creed is simple:

Freedom above all. No master, no leash.

Profit with honor. Contracts are currency, but reputation is legacy.

Strength in unity. Alone we are vulnerable; together we are unbreakable.

The frontier is ours. Where others see danger, we see opportunity.

The Eclipse Frontier Network exists to ensure that no Freelancer drifts alone in the void. We are the unseen hand guiding convoys through hostile space, the trusted ally in negotiations, the shield against piracy, and the whisper of opportunity carried across comms.

We are the Eclipse Frontier Network. We fly free, but we fly together.

Rank System – We do not have ranks in way of leadership ladders, but more so Roles in playstyle. We are all seen as Equals otherwise.

Chief – Founder, Org Management.

Viper – Pilot emphasis, well rounded in other aspects.

Ghost – Lone Wolf emphasis, plays solo in general, flexible in group operations.

Marauder – Prefers the other side of the law, emphasis on Illegal actions.

Tradesman – Prefers commerce and trades, over combat.

Boot – Doubles as the new recruit role, emphasis on ground combat (FPS)

Manifesto

1.Our View.

We see ourselves as a Freelance Organization, however because SC is still in Alpha, we really just fall in line with everyone else and try to have a great session of gaming. Once the game reaches its beta point (all gameplay loops are in), we would then focus on creating a foothold (Base) and officially begin our journey as the Eclipse Frontier Network!

2. Our Motives.

We are easy going on the surface, yet we get down to business when the chance arises. We want to create good relationships with other Orgs, and potentially be called upon as an asset around the galaxy as we travel the stars. We are a Freelance Org, that being said, both Lawful and Unlawful methods are acceptable.

Within the Pyro and Nyx system, anything goes, and anything can happen. That being said, in order to survive, shoot first if you have to!

3. Our Intentions.

Come together and have fun, Be the best Org we can be, and be the reason we all come back to play together!

Making credits as an Org, building a home as an Org, and taking down our enemies, together as an Org. Eclipse Frontier Network!

Charter

I. Preamble
In the uncharted reaches of the frontier, where the light of empire dims and the shadows of opportunity stretch long, the Eclipse Frontier Network was born. We are Freelancers, captains of our own ships, architects of our own destinies. Bound together not by law or corporate decree, but by trust, necessity, and the pursuit of freedom, we form a constellation of equals.

This Charter is our foundation. It defines who we are, what we stand for, and how we endure in the void.

II.Purpose
The Eclipse Frontier Network exists to:

Safeguard the independence of Freelancers operating beyond UEE and corporate reach.

Provide mutual support in trade, exploration, defense, and negotiation.

Establish a trusted syndicate where contracts, resources, and intelligence flow freely among members.

Ensure that no Freelancer faces the dangers of the frontier alone.

III. Core Values
Our creed is simple, yet unbreakable:

Freedom Above All:
Each captain is sovereign. No hierarchy shall bind the will of a Freelancer.

Profit With Honor:
Contracts are our lifeblood, but reputation is our legacy. We honor our word.

Strength in Unity:
Alone we are vulnerable; together we are unbreakable.

The Frontier is Ours:
Where others see danger, we see opportunity.

IV. Structure of the Network
The Eclipse Frontier Network is not a corporation, nor a military. It is a syndicate of equals, organized as follows:

Officers of Equals:
A rotating body of experienced Freelancers who guide collective decisions, arbitrate disputes, and safeguard the Charter.

Parties:
Groups formed around shared pursuits—trade, exploration, security, intelligence. Parties are voluntary and fluid, allowing members to join or leave as their interests shift.

The Network:
The lifeline of communication, contracts, and resources. Every member contributes to and benefits from the Network.

V. Membership
Membership is open to Freelancers who pledge to uphold the Charter.

No Captain shall be compelled to accept contracts against their will.

Betrayal of trust, dishonor in contracts, or endangerment of fellow members may result in expulsion from the Network.

VI. Code of Conduct
Members of the Eclipse Frontier Network shall:

Honor agreements made under the Network’s name.

Respect the sovereignty of fellow captains.

Defend allies when called upon, unless bound by prior contract.

Share intelligence vital to the safety of the Network.

Never act as agents of empire or corporation against the interests of Freelancers.

VII.Legacy
The Eclipse Frontier Network is more than a guild—it is a beacon in the void. Our strength lies not in fleets or armies, but in the bonds between independent captains who choose solidarity without surrendering freedom.

We are the unseen hand guiding convoys through hostile space, the trusted ally in negotiations, the shield against piracy, and the whisper of opportunity carried across comms.

We are the Eclipse Frontier Network. We fly free, but we fly together. Independent captains, Eclipse the Void.
