We, the members of Elistoria Medicus Astartes, united in our commitment to safeguarding lives and ensuring the well-being of communities, hereby establish this charter to define the principles, structure, and operational guidelines of our esteemed organization.

Article I: Name and Mission

Section 1: Name

The organization shall be known as “Elistoria Medicus Astartes,” herein referred to as the “Organization.”

Section 2: Mission

The mission of Elistoria Medicus Astartes is to provide unparalleled medical trauma response and security services globally. We pledge to deploy our expertise swiftly and strategically, embracing innovation and collaboration to bring healing and protection to those in need.

Article II: Core Values

Elistoria Medicus Astartes is guided by the following core values:

Article VI: Ratification

This charter shall be considered ratified upon the approval of the initial Board of Directors and shall take effect immediately.

In witness whereof, we, the undersigned members of Elistoria Medicus Astartes, hereby adopt and commit ourselves to this charter on this 30th November 2953.
