History
THE ELPIS ADVANTAGE
Since its inception under the Militia Mobilization Initiative in 2946, Elpis Security Service has expanded its scope of operations into the private security sector. Elpis prides itself on its unprecedented access to state-of-the-art military equipment and its sophisticated implementation of unconventional warfare tactics. Elpis currently fields three highly specialized branches. With naval assets ranging from full-size capital ships to stealth fighters at its disposal, Elpis strives to dominate any engagement in the air, on land, and in space under any and all adverse conditions.
Elpis, as a private military company that actively observes UEE Imperial Law as well as local jurisdictional laws, offers its comprehensive military and intelligence services to legal private organizations of all types that are in good standing with the Empire as well as directly to local, system, and imperial governments and their security, law enforcement, paramilitary, and standing military forces.

All of Elpis’ specialized branches retain the ultimate goal of serving the Service. This means that while Elpis offers the same services as many other private military companies, we pride ourselves in the ability to deliver additional clandestine services for our clients that are highly uncommon among larger brands in the security and military contracting fields.

ELPIS MILITARY BRANCHES
Marine Air-Ground Forces Command
Under the direct oversight of the Marine Forces Commander, the Marine Forces Command provides exclusive in-house warfighting training for its combat personnel. The Command arms its combat personnel with top-of-the-line small arms and personal protection equipment to ensure that Elpis excels in amphibious combat operations as well as fleet security and naval boarding actions.
Military Intelligence Bureau
Under the direct oversight of the Director of Intelligence, the Bureau utilizes breakthrough intelligence tactics to embed its strategic assets directly in enemy, mercenary, and criminal organizations. The Bureau also excels in counterintelligence activities and embeds CI agents at the grassroots level to detect and neutralize foreign agents.

THE ELPIS INITIATIVE
Elpis’ specialty lies in its ability to deliver the wishes of our clients at a limited footprint. We pride ourselves in our exemplary ability to provide forward military assistance as well as rear echelon intelligence support, two fields that are commonly viewed as polar opposites. Able to mobilize rapidly as part of a major marine expeditionary force, a military quick reaction force, and infiltrate our enemies simultaneously while maintaining OPSEC and counterintelligence assets, our ability to establish and maintain C3ISR advantage on any battlefield is unparalleled.
CONTRACTING ELPIS
While eager to deliver our state-of-the-art services to all potential clients, Elpis is bound by certain restrictions. Any private or public organization, civilian or military, that is in good standing with the United Empire of Earth can consider Elpis Security Service a potential contractor or subcontractor.
We offer intermediate and comprehensive advanced military and intelligence service packages for various clients. Half of the service package payment is requested to be paid to commission Elpis while the remaining half is to be paid upon satisfactory completion of the contract. In extreme circumstances and in dedicated loyalty to the client, Elpis will continue to fulfill the contract even if financial outcomes are unfavorable for the Service.

Charter
The security contractors, operatives, and operators of Elpis Security will actively observe established local, territorial, and imperial laws of the United Empire of Earth. Its Marines and Special Operators will maintain unparalleled combat marksmanship in the field as well as tactical knowledge to operate a variety of small arms and crew-served infantry weaponry. Its clandestine agents will maintain the highest level of operations security and client confidentiality while deployed in the field.
