Founded 2710 the 1st Emperial Legion is one of the oldest Units of the UEE Marine Corps. She had a big Influence during the Downfall of the Messer-Reign during 2792 and now, as the Elite of the UEEMC, her main Function is to uphold Democracy and Peace and is under direct Command of the High-General
History
the First Emperial Legion was founded in 2710. First Documents proof her first role during the Beginnings as the Personal Guard of the High Admiral and later on as Special forces during the first war against the Vanduul. As she deserted during the Fall of the Messer-Emperor she was the first Emperial Unit officialy turn it`s back against the cruel Reign of the Emperor. in 2793 she was reformed and became the empires first Elite Legion, known for her braverie and determination on the Battlefield and her unwavering Loyalty to the Citizens of UEE
Manifesto
As the Elite of the UEE we only engage when fired upon. We never act as the aggressor and strictly avoid PvP, until we need to defend ourselfes or others. We also take over PvE Missions or act as Escort against any Danger for law abiding citizens that might be out there.
Charter
1. Never engage someone who didnn´t show any signs of aggression towards you, unless you need to defend yourself
2. Theres is no tolerance against Hate speach, mobbing, Racism or any other sort of hate, discussions ybout political topics should be avoided. his Organisation, despite it´s character, is intended to be a safe place for every player.
2.1 Players who spread hate speech, or commit sexual harresment of any kind, spread, Pornography in any kind etc. will be banned from the Organistaion instantly
3. When in RP, we act like real military, orders from Officers must be followed, unless they don´t match the rules above
4. When an Member acts against rules Nr. 1 and 2, other Members are under Obligation to report any behaviour that meets the above named citeria or when insults or threats are called out either to the Marketing or the General, who will decide if the Member will be banned or receives an other sort of punishment, including, under according circumstances, financial Punishment (ingame), bann from the Organisation for a certain timespan or permanent.
4.1 Members have the right to record such behaviour either in Audio, Video or Photo to use it as evidence. These will be deleted by all parties after the punishment was set.
5. The leaders of the Org have the right to call out specific behaviours and inform other members about punishments. They also have the right to file a report with CIG when the Circumstances allo it.
