The might of the UEE navy stretched thin across the universe & with the threat of invasion from the Vanduul the UEE had to act fast. Reports of hit and run ship attacks within the Stanton system had shipping companies asking for assistance the UEE could not afford to provide during a time of war. A letter of marque was extended to anyone willing to stand up against the growing threat of piracy and terror.
A small group of fighters first banded together in the battle of Dupree to take down a bandit Idris after many cries for assistance went unanswered. The battle was costly but the Idris went down. New citizens entering the system needed protection, needed guidance, they needed hope.

The East Stanton Trading Company first begun trade routes from Microtech before branching out across the system. Recruiting civilian transports and fighters into forming a military force under the East Stanton Trading Companies letter of marque to conduct trade and hunt down anything considered hostile to the peace of humanity. East Stanton Trading began recruiting mercenaries, to assist new citizens in their travels. This began to form a strong independent military force.
