Since 2955, we’ve built a thriving home for pilots who value camaraderie as much as combat. We are a structured, high-activity community where there’s always a reason to log in.

Leadership Structure
The Even Legion is built on a foundation of proven contribution. We believe that those who lead should first be those who serve. Our Command Team is selected exclusively from our Centurions, the dedicated event organizers who drive our community forward. This ensures that every leader possesses a deep, firsthand understanding of group dynamics and a demonstrated commitment to the Legion’s success.
This human leadership is bolstered by our Tech Team, who maintain the Legion’s homegrown Discord bot, Arbiter as well as our custom automation suite to ensure seamless operations. Our Security Team, upholds our culture of excellence through fair moderation and player support. At the Legion, leadership isn’t a rank—it’s a commitment to the stability and growth of the collective.
How We Got Our Name
“Even Legion” was chosen by the community through a month-long naming vote. The winning name, submitted by @wangwick, captured the spirit we were aiming for: balance, fairness, and unity.

Our Strategic Intentions

Charter
Even Legion Charter
By joining the Even Legion you agree to follow RSI Terms of Service, Discord’s Terms of Service, and our community rules (below). These standards exist to ensure a safe, respectful, and fun environment for all members.
Respect and Conduct
1. Respect others. Treat all members with courtesy and professionalism. Harassment, trolling, or personal attacks will not be tolerated.
2. Keep your profile appropriate. This includes usernames, nicknames, avatars, statuses, and bios. No impersonation, offensive language, drug related, or harmful content.
3. Stay on-topic. Use each channel for its intended purpose. Avoid derailing active conversations.
4. No spam. This includes excessive messages, emojis, GIFs, caps lock, or fragmented posts.
5. Comms discipline. Keep voice and text comms clear and usable. No mic spam, soundboards, screaming, voice changers, or constant cross talk over callouts. If staff asks for comms to settle down, comply immediately.
6. Private stays private. Don’t post private DMs or conversations without consent. Don’t message users, especially moderators, without reason.
Safety and Prohibited Content
7. Zero tolerance for hate or harm. Racist, sexist, extremist, adult, violent, drug-related, or illegal content will result in an immediate ban. This applies to text, voice, usernames, media, links, and more.
8. Do not share personal information. Never share your own or others’ private data (real names, addresses, phone numbers, photos, etc.).
Community Integrity
9. No self-promotion without staff approval. This includes Discord servers, Twitch streams, YouTube channels, referral codes, etc.
10. No second accounts or fake profiles. Attempting to circumvent rules via alt accounts is a bannable offense.
11. Do not bait or grief. This includes goading others into arguments, “playing dumb,” or deliberately stirring up drama, in or out of game.
12. No politics, religion, or other hot topics. This isn’t the place for real-world debates. We’re here to play our fun space game.
13. No handout begging. Do not join the Legion asking for aUEC, ships, or similar. This will result in a warning. We’re happy to share our resources with Legionnaires, but not if we don’t know you.
14. Disruption and toxicity. If you are disruptive, hostile, or toxic to the environment, you will be removed. This includes stirring drama, provoking others, antagonizing staff, or creating a negative atmosphere even if you stay just inside the wording of other rules.
Star Citizen and CIG
15. Do not harass or ping CIG staff or contractors. If or when CIG staff visits, we want them to feel welcome.
16. Keep criticism constructive. Constructive feedback is welcome, but repeated bashing, hate, or inflammatory remarks toward Star Citizen or CIG will not be tolerated.
17. Follow CIG’s Terms of Service. You may not engage in or promote cheating, exploiting, hacking, account selling, or any activity that violates Cloud Imperium Games’ ToS.
Links and Media
18. Appropriate Links are allowed. They may not conflict with Rule 9, and should always be related to the topic at hand or Star Citizen.
19. Keep content server-appropriate. Any imagery, audio, or video must comply with all rules above.
Staff and Enforcement
20. Moderators have the final say. Do not argue with staff decisions in public channels. If needed, open a ticket.
21. Staff impersonation is prohibited. Do not mimic tags, colors, or duties of moderators.
22. Questions, queries, or reports. Please use the Staff Ticket channel in the Discord server for questions, concerns, or user reports. This is the best way at having your questions/concerns addressed quickly and accurately.

Our rules exist to ensure the Even Legion remains a thriving hub for camaraderie, free from real-world stress. We believe that Star Citizen should be a break, not a burden; therefore, we prioritize a culture of mutual respect and active engagement.
