History

A Brief Summary

Executive Operations Division was founded by Cheridon on 2948-11-12. Since then, we are proud to boast a short but highly successful history of Security Enforcement and Bounty Hunting, providing the galaxy with a wealth of extremely well-trained agents who are always ready for whatever lies ahead.

The universe is a dangerous place. If there is one thing we have learned in our line of work, it is to always expect the unexpected. Our organization was made to operate where other organizations cannot; no matter how big nor how dangerous the task ahead is. To achieve this, we offer one of the most rigorous training programs any organization has to offer and allow only the best recruits who pass all of our stringent requirements to join one of our squads and take part in operations. As an organization, we offer security-based resources to anyone who requests it. Managed by a highly skilled team of executive staff, we pride ourselves on being versatile and effective in any situation. Whether its high-value extraction, emergency security response or protection, our organization has been known to aide both high and low profile clients.

Meet the Executive Staff

Our Chief Executive Officer is responsible for the overall running of the organization. As with any well-structured team, we rely on a chain of command to ensure that high profile decisions are made by the most experienced person. Rest assured that our Chief Executive Officer will always work in the best interests of the Executive Operations Division.

Chief Operating Officer, Security is a core part of what we offer at the Executive Operations Division, and our Chief Operating Officer ensures that this remains an integral part of our operations. Managing all client requests and overseeing training as well as the progress of squads, our Chief Operating Officer will work closely with Supervisory Agents and Section Chiefs to ensure that you’re constantly getting the best training to help you in the field.

Section Chief, We have a multiple Section Chiefs to help manage a variety of sections of squads within the organization. Section Chiefs are responsible for personnel under their command in their respective sections and report to the Chief Operating Officer with frequent progress reports and updates. Communication and leadership are key at this stage, as you are responsible for the success and safety of a large number of people – as a result, our Section Chiefs have gone through rigorous training and are vetted to ensure they are the best of the best.

Field Training Instructor, In order to operate at the highest of levels we demand that training be proficient and cover everything necessary to succeed. Our Field Training Instructors work closely with Section Chiefs and the Chief Operating Officer to ensure the training we provide is up to date and allows you to develop your potential. More than anything, Field Training Instructors need to have good personnel skills due to the wide variety of trainees we take in.

Clearly there are many situations where our organization would be contracted by clients, and as a result we expect all of our agents to be versatile in nature and able to adapt to any situation.

Training and Recruitment

We are always looking for new agents to join our growing family and individuals who are looking for new challenges and opportunities. The demanding requirements for jobs our organization receives makes a high level of training paramount for success. As a result, we have a select group of Field Training Instructors who will deliver you the skillset you need to succeed in this universe.

To maintain its integrity, our training program is not publicly available and is constantly evolving to help our agents be even more prepared for the tasks that they may face when in the field.

When you join the Executive Operations Division you’ll immediately be assigned to a squad and a trainer, who will be responsible for your development as an agent. Each squad will have a total of nine individuals, with one of them being your supervisor. As you start to build your reputation within this organization and in the universe, you’ll find yourself handling higher pressured, but more rewarding, jobs along with the rest of your squad.

Executive Operation Division Regulations

In order to operate effectively throughout the universe, we require our members to adhere to certain regulations to uphold the professionalism that we expect at Executive Operations Division.

Maximum Effort – Due to the high-pressured nature of our work, Agents always need to be working to the best of their abilities. We’re not just an organization, we’re a family – it’s your colleagues that are expecting you to be putting the maximum effort into every task you do. We don’t force you to do anything, so if you do choose to do something, it is only then we expect you to try your best.
Integrity – Much of our work is about bringing justice to the universe, and as such, we expect our members to show integrity and honesty in their work. If you prove yourself to be someone who is reliable and trustworthy, you’ll find that your Supervisory Agents and Section Chiefs start to assign you much more and much better work.
No Negativity or Drama – One thing we pride ourselves on is our ability to maintain professionalism. We don’t expect to see unnecessary drama or negativity towards your fellow Agents or your Supervisors. Treat them with respect and you will get respect from them as well. Remember – respect is something that can take a lifetime to earn, but just a second to lose!

Structure of the Organization

Once you have completed basic training, you’ll be assigned to a squad. From there you’ll have the opportunity to progress your career through the organization, and one day you may even find yourself in an executive role. Always look to further your leadership and communication skills, and you’ll find that new trainees look up to you when they need help or advice. That is what we look for in staff when selecting potential Agents for promotion, so make sure you’re always showing off your skills to the best of your ability, and you will be rewarded for it.
