In Q4 2021, the enterprising team of DeltaForty of EvilOrganized and VictoryRoad of Dismal Disinherited partnered with S.A. Buffington, a MicroTech Lawyer, to establish Fangs Out (d.b.a Fangs). Working out of a small building near downtown New Babbage, their services were sold through local supply chains, jobbers and mail order. In less than 6 days, business boomed, and this small company had grown to encompass a workforce of nearly 4 employees.
The evolution of consumer driven markets drove many MicroTech-based service providers to open operations in Croshaw IV. Later that year, Fangs established a manufacturing operation in Crusader, much closer than the Croshaw/Davien systems, to serve the off-planet production facilities of MicroTech based OEMs and counter low-cost Croshaw IV competitors. This increased presence helped Fangs further expand product applications into additional markets.
Later still, Fangs completed the acquisition of Valpey-Fisher Corporation, a leader in the design and manufacture of precision frequency crystal oscillators, primarily in the Stanton system. The acquisition expanded Fangs Out’s technology and engineering capabilities. This was also around the same time Fangs Out acquired D&R Technology’s top executives Jorudor-Blackwolf & Crashagn. Coming from a privately held company of custom designed sensors, geared towards the mining segments, specifically switches and electromechanical assemblies serving the light-vehicle market, this acquisition significantly expanded Fangs’ strategic product platform with new customers and a broader product portfolio. As part of the strategy, Fangs sold the EMS business. The transaction sharpened Fangs’ focus on its Bounty Solutions and Mining business and provided additional capital to drive growth in core capabilities.
May of 2022 marks Fangs’ half year anniversary. While we are proud of Fang’s legacy, we remain committed to carrying our guiding principles into the future: Play to Win, Responsiveness, Simplicity and Solution Oriented.
