Membership Rules:

• You must be at least 21 years of age
  • An exception to this rule may be made for someone over 18 if they prove they can behave and communicate like an adult
• You must not be easily offended by crude jokes or foul language (we are all adults)
• You must maintain an active Star Citizen account
• You must be a team player

In Game Behavior:

• We are a private military company. While we will definitely participate in Exploration, Mining, Trade and Transport, we don’t do this in a vacuum. You may lose your ship, you may be killed. Accept this. With risk comes reward.
• We have NOT and will NOT ever tolerate piracy.
  • Pirates are considered KOS. If you ever see someone performing acts of piracy, you are fully authorized to relieve them of their ship.
  • In the event the victims of piracy are easily identified, all property gained from the interaction should be returned (this excludes bounty payments).
• We may occasionally take contracts from other organizations or governments that may require or result in the loss of life or property. You may choose to abstain from these missions but, as a member of the organization, you accept that they will happen and may occasionally make you a target.

Communications:

• You must connect to our Ventrilo when you are participating in organized fleet activities
• You must respect the Chain of Command and observe proper comm procedures during organized fleet activities
• You must have a (properly calibrated) working microphone
• Your Ventrilo handle must be identifiable as your Star Citizen name
• Comms are open and friendly but this only works because people know when to be serious – don’t abuse this

Membership in Multiple Organizations:

• Officers must have FJB set as their Main Organization.
• Enlisted personnel may be in other Organizations as well, but will not be considered for advancement if FJB is not their Main Organization.
• We will continually evaluate the pros and cons of being an Exclusive Organization, and reserve the right to make that shift around the launch of the Persistent Universe.

Penalties:

Failure to abide by our rules will result in a warning or demotion. Repeated violations will lead to removal from the organization. If you are expelled because of a particularly egregious action, you may be placed on our permanent KOS list.
