we here at the F.M.C believe all have a RIGHT to SECURITY so we here provide it and in the event you need something from someone else but need it quietly our EXPERTISE in SECURITY allow us to INFILTRATE anything with ease

Charter

ROE (rules of engagement)
1. do not FIRE at anyone unless FIRED upon other than completing MISSION
2. civilians are not to be killed unless actively posing a THREAT
3. EXPLOSIVES are not to be used in populated areas to reduce the chance of CIVILIAN COLLATERAL
4. HOSTAGES are not to be TORTUERD other than INTEROGATION
5. ALL PUNISHMENT will be governed by a OFFICER OR HIRER
6. NEVER LOOT a CIVILIANS HOME or WORK unless its our current JOB
7. NEVER DISOBAY a higher ups ORDER OR ORDERS
8. ALL lives are EQUAL and to be VALUED no matter RANK, RACE, WEALTH, AGE, ETC.
9. CIVILIANS are to NEVER be taken HOSTAGE
10. EXCEPTIONS can only be made by the GENERAL or RANK FOUR PERSONEL
