History
The Free Nyx Alliance traces its roots to the post-corporate exodus of Delamar in the mid-29th century. As mining conglomerates fled the failing economic prospects of Nyx, they left behind chaos, infrastructure rot, and tens of thousands of workers to rot in zero-g slums and hollowed-out tunnels of Levski.
These abandoned laborers, engineers, and traders banded together for survival, slowly forming a loose coalition known as the Freeholders. Over decades, as the UEE turned a blind eye to Nyx, and criminal syndicates like Nine Tails and XenoThreat circled like vultures, the Freeholders evolved into something more.
By 2945, amid the rise of advocacy crackdowns and increasing incursions into Nyx, the Freeholders unified under a single banner: the Free Nyx Alliance, inspired by ancient Terran revolutionary movements like the Outer Planets Alliance of the Sol System. Their mission? Ensure autonomy for Nyx and protect the rights of all frontier people — by any means necessary.ng?
Manifesto
F.N.A (“Nyx Accord”)
We’re the Free Nyx Alliance — born from the bones of miners, smugglers, dreamers, and the exiled. We’re not pirates. We’re not mercs. We are the voice of the lost, the shield of the broken, and the blade against tyranny.
We are many. We are free. And we remember who stole our future.
We, the forsaken of the frontier, declare the following truths self-evident:
Freedom is not granted — it is taken.
The UEE has failed the outer systems. We owe them no allegiance.
Delamar is not a ruin. It is a cradle — of revolution, of resistance, of rebirth.
No being shall go hungry while megacorps profit off their blood.
We defend our own. No syndicate, no empire, no corporation shall rule Nyx.
Every pilot, miner, smuggler, or refugee is a citizen — if they stand for the free.
War may be waged with ships and guns — but victory is won with unity.

Charter
Article I: Membership
Any sentient being may join the F.N.A provided they renounce allegiance to imperial powers and swear to defend Nyx autonomy.
No discrimination shall be made based on race, species, birthplace, or past.
Article II: Structure
The Alliance is governed by a Triumvirate:
The Torch – Voice of the people, spokesperson and diplomatic lead.
The Shield – Commander of defense and strategic operations.
The Flame – Oversees intelligence, smuggling, and covert operations.
Article III: Code of Conduct
Members shall not harm fellow citizens or innocent civilians.
Looting, piracy, or aggression must be mission-aligned and sanctioned by command.
Betrayal of the Alliance is punishable by exile or execution.
Article IV: Objectives
Establish autonomous governance of Nyx.
Secure vital trade and resource routes.
Oppose imperial or corporate influence in frontier systems.
Provide sanctuary to all exiles, defectors, and survivors.
