History

Born in the refineries and trade lanes of Stanton, Fenrir Black Fleet began as a small mining syndicate protecting its own haulers. Profits funded armed escorts, then strike wings pushing into Pyro, hunting outlaws. In Nyx, our wolves cut their teeth against Vanduul raiders. Today we roam the frontier, claiming profit and prey in equal measure.

Manifesto

Fenrir Black Fleet Manifesto
We are the Fenrir Black Fleet.
Born in the refineries and trade lanes of Stanton, tempered in the fires of Pyro, blooded against Vanduul raids near Nyx. We are a multinational industrial and security corporation that believes the void belongs to those with the teeth to hold it.

Our Creed
The wolf does not beg the stars for mercy. It hunts, it endures, it survives. So do we.
We mine, haul, salvage and fight with the same purpose: to turn chaos into profit and weakness into opportunity. Every rock cracked, every hull stripped, every bounty claimed feeds the pack.
We are not pirates. We are not martyrs. We are professionals. We honour our contracts, defend our own and collect what is owed—with interest.

The Way of the Fleet
  • Discipline over chaos – A tight formation survives where lone wolves die. We fly organised, briefed and prepared.
  • Strength through industry – Mining, trading, salvage and logistics fund our war machine. Ore becomes hull, hull becomes firepower.
  • Law of the frontier – UEE space, unclaimed lanes or lawless Pyro—wherever we operate, we bring our own order and defend it without hesitation.
  • No wolf left behind – Extraction of our people is never optional. We recover our crews, our ships and our honour.

What We Offer
Fenrir Black Fleet is a home for pilots who want more than random contracts and silent comms. We offer coordinated operations, shared infrastructure and clear roles for industrialists, haulers, scouts, security pilots and strike wings. Whether you fly a starter, a hauler, a miner or a capital escort, there is a place in the pack.
We invest in our members: training flights, multi-crew operations, risk-managed expeditions into hostile systems and profit-sharing where it counts.

What We Expect
Wear the sigil, and the galaxy will judge the fleet by your actions. We expect:

  • Professional conduct on comms and in the ‘verse
  • Respect for allies, merciless resolve toward threats
  • Commitment to the operation once you’ve signed on
  • Loyalty to the pack above lone-wolf glory

If you seek a banner that is feared on scans, respected in contracts and remembered in after-action reports, step into the maw of the wolf.

Fenrir Black Fleet
We roam the frontier. We claim profit and prey in equal measure.

Charter

Fenrir Black Fleet – Corporate Charter

1. Identity & Purpose
Fenrir Black Fleet is a multinational industrial and security corporation operating across the frontier.
We exist to:

  • Build a stable, profitable network of mining, trade, salvage and security operations.
  • Provide organised, enjoyable gameplay for our members.
  • Project force where required to protect our interests, allies and territory.

The Fleet is both a corporation and a pack: disciplined, profit-driven and utterly loyal to its own.

2. Guiding Principles
  • Profit with Purpose – Operations are planned and executed to generate sustainable profit for the Fleet and its members.
  • The Pack Comes First – We protect our own. No member is abandoned where recovery is possible.
  • Professional Ruthlessness – We are not pirates, but we will meet hostility with overwhelming, coordinated force.
  • Discipline & Preparation – Briefed, equipped and on time. A sloppy wolf does not run with the pack.
  • Honour in Agreements – Contracts and alliances made in the Fleet’s name are honoured unless clearly broken by the other party.
3. Membership
  • Eligibility – Fenrir Black Fleet welcomes pilots, crew and support staff of all skill levels who align with our values and playstyle.
Affiliation – Members may hold other org affiliations where allowed by RSI, provided they do not conflict with Fleet interests.
  • Joining – Prospective members must:
    1. Apply via Spectrum or Discord, and
    2. Accept this Charter and the current Code of Conduct.
    3. Status – Members may be designated as Active, Reserve or Affiliate based on their level of participation.

4. Leadership & Command
4.1 Ranks

  • Board Member – Highest strategic authority in Fenrir Black Fleet. The Board (including the CEO) sets overall direction, doctrine and major diplomatic decisions.
  • Director – Senior leadership for major divisions (Industry, Security, Logistics, Recon, Training). Directors translate Board strategy into operational plans.
  • Manager – Fleet, wing, or project leaders. Managers run day-to-day operations, events and campaigns under a Director’s guidance.
  • Senior – Experienced wolves who consistently support ops, mentor newer members and may act as deputies to Managers.
  • Middle – Core line members of the Fleet, trusted to fly in organised operations and uphold the Charter.
  • Junior – New recruits and probationary members learning Fleet standards, procedures and tactics.

During any operation, the designated Operation Lead (usually a Manager or above) has tactical authority regardless of individual combat skill or ship size.
4.2 Roles

  • CEO – Holder of ultimate command of the organisation and its assets; chairs the Board and may veto or approve major decisions.
  • Executive – Directors and senior leaders responsible for divisions and strategic projects; they form the practical “Command Council” of the Fleet.
  • Human Resources – Handle recruitment, onboarding, internal disputes and welfare of members; ensure the pack stays healthy and cohesive.
  • Marketing – Maintain the Fleet’s public face on Spectrum, Discord and in-game events; coordinate propaganda, media and diplomatic messaging.
  • Ranks define authority and progression; roles define responsibility and function. A member may hold both a rank and a role (e.g. Board Member – CEO, Director – Executive, Manager – Human Resources).

5. Operational Doctrine
Fenrir Black Fleet conducts:

  • Industry: mining, refining, salvage, hauling and trade convoys.
  • Security: escort duty, bounty hunting, anti-piracy and area denial.
  • Recon & Exploration: scouting routes, scanning fields and locating lucrative or strategic targets.
  • Joint Operations: multi-crew missions combining industrial, logistics and security support.

Priority is given to organised Fleet operations over ad-hoc personal activity while events are running.

6. Conduct & Discipline
Members of Fenrir Black Fleet will:

Maintain respectful comms in-game, on Spectrum and on Discord.
  • Avoid griefing, cheating, exploiting or harassment.
  • Follow instructions from the designated commander during Fleet ops.
  • Use Fleet tags, banners and livery responsibly.

Breaches of conduct may result in:

  • Verbal or written warning.
  • Temporary removal from operations or communications.
  • Removal from the Fleet for severe or repeated violations.

7. Diplomacy & Engagement Rules

  • Neutral Stance – The Fleet defaults to neutral toward all parties until relations are defined.
  • Allies – Formal alliances or treaties must be approved by the Board and/or CEO.
  • Enemies – Entities repeatedly attacking Fleet assets, breaking agreements or engaging in targeted harassment may be marked as hostile.

8. Assets & Profit Sharing

  • Fleet Assets – Org-owned ships, facilities and supplies are used at the discretion of leadership for the benefit of the Fleet.
  • Member Assets – Personal ships and credits remain the property of individual members.
  • Profit Handling – For organised operations, leadership may define:
  • A shared pool for repair, fuel and buy-ins.
  • A clear split of profits between pilots, crew and the Fleet reserve.
  • Loot & Salvage – Unless a specific rule is announced before launch, loot from Fleet operations is to be shared fairly among participating members.

9. Activity & Participation
There is no strict activity requirement, but long-term silent members may be moved to Reserve or Affiliate.

Members are encouraged to:
  • Join scheduled events when possible.
  • Engage on Discord and Spectrum.
  • Propose and lead operations suited to their interests and time zones.

10. Amendments
This Charter is a living document. The Board and Executive leadership may amend it as the game and the Fleet evolve. Major changes will be announced on Spectrum and Discord; continued membership implies acceptance of the updated Charter.

Fenrir Black Fleet
The pack endures. The pack profits. The pack hunts.
