Federation of Space Raccoons / FOSR

The Federation of Space Raccoons has a long history of intrigue. Not much is known about their beginnings except they started as an inkling in the far corners of the universe. The FoSR were able to come together as one, and work cooperatively on common goals. The UEE finally gave them jurisdiction in their space as a PMC group. The FoSR has been known by many names in the past, and this has contributed to their history being very empty and sparse out across time. Unfortunately, most of these names are redacted by the UEE for security reasons. Since the acceptance from the UEE, their PMC name is flourishing across known space. Even though they usually side with the highest bidder, they stick to the “good” side of the law for most parts. It isn’t uncommon though to see a few “on the edge” of legal operations occurring, but usually at night, or on the dark side of planets. Most cases, they will back down, unless it is directly beneficial to them, but if cornered or threatened too far, they will attack swiftly, which in most reports, the pilots wake up many light years away in a medical facility and all their belongings taken.
