With humility and camaraderie, we explore uncharted worlds and use our skills to aid those in need and fighting for their freedom.
We protect the vulnerable and oppressed, and resist tyranny wherever we find it.

History

Harlock and his crew traveled the galaxy in their ship, the Arcadia, fighting against oppressive forces and protecting the innocent. Over time, Harlock became a legendary figure, feared by his enemies and revered by those who sought freedom.

Despite his many victories, Harlock suffered great losses, including the death of his best friend and first officer. This loss weighed heavily on Harlock, but he continued to fight, using their inventions to gain an edge in battle.

As he grew older, Harlock became increasingly disillusioned with humanity’s capacity for destruction and began to view himself as a protector of the natural world. He became a lone wolf, traveling the galaxy with only his loyal crew and his sense of duty to guide him.

Manifesto

Honor – Loyalty – Freedom

Charter

I Lord Harlock, hereby declare my mission as a space pirate to be the liberation of the universe from oppressive forces, whether they be human or alien. My crew and I reject the constraints of any government or organization that seeks to control us.

We shall pursue our own code of justice, which is based on the principles of honor, loyalty, and freedom. We will protect the weak and innocent, and fight against tyranny and oppression wherever we find it.

We shall maintain our independence and autonomy, answering to no one but ourselves. Our ship, the Arcadia, is a symbol of our defiance against the powers that seek to suppress us.

We shall be known as Harlock’s Foxhounds, and our name will strike fear into the hearts of our enemies. Our legend will grow, and our deeds will be remembered long after we are gone.
