Founded in 2002, Fist of the Empire is a structured gaming unit built on teamwork, leadership, and shared purpose. For over twenty years, FoE has developed leaders, forged friendships, and accomplished objectives together across countless campaigns. The FoE tag is not given—it is earned.
Founded in 2002 with the launch of Star Wars Galaxies, Fist of the Empire is a long-standing gaming unit built on teamwork, leadership, and shared purpose. For more than two decades, our members have fought, built, traded, explored, and competed across countless online worlds while maintaining a community that values loyalty, maturity, and mutual respect.
Our organization uses a structured command framework inspired by military and professional leadership principles. This provides clarity, accountability, and the ability to coordinate effectively at scale, whether we’re conducting large-scale operations, managing logistics, supporting industrial efforts, or executing combat operations. The structure exists to support the unit, not the other way around.
FoE is home to players from many backgrounds and professions. Veterans, first responders, industry leaders, students, parents, and gamers alike contribute to the strength of the community. What unites us is a commitment to teamwork, reliability, and accomplishing objectives together.
We are not building a roster for the next patch, event, or game release. We are building a unit that will continue to thrive for decades to come. The strength of FoE has never come from numbers alone—it comes from the quality of the people who wear the tag.
Not everyone is meant to wear the FoE tag. Those who do earn it become part of a tradition that has endured since 2002. Membership in that legacy is not given—it is earned. We are always looking for the next generation of leaders, pilots, industrialists, and operators to carry it forward.

Fist of the Empire was founded in 2002 on a simple idea: great victories are achieved by great teams.
For more than two decades, we have crossed worlds, fought on countless battlefields, and adapted to every challenge placed before us. Games have changed. Technology has changed. Players have come and gone. Through it all, FoE has endured because our foundation was never built on a single title, mechanic, or trend. It was built on people.
We believe that communities are stronger than games.
We believe that loyalty, trust, and accountability matter more than individual skill.
We believe that success belongs to the unit, not the individual.
Every member represents the reputation of Fist of the Empire. Our actions, our conduct, and our professionalism define us far more than words ever could. We do not seek recognition through boasts or excuses. We earn respect through preparation, discipline, and performance.
Leadership within FoE is not a privilege. It is a responsibility. Leaders exist to serve the unit, develop those around them, and ensure that every member has the opportunity to contribute to our success.
Membership is not measured by rank, wealth, kill counts, or time served. It is measured by character. We value those who show up, support their teammates, maintain accountability, and place the needs of the unit above personal recognition.
We are competitors, builders, explorers, industrialists, logisticians, pilots, and operators. We come from different backgrounds, professions, and experiences, but we stand together under a common banner and a common purpose.
The FoE tag represents a legacy built over decades. That legacy was forged by those who came before us and entrusted to those who wear it today.
Our responsibility is simple:
Leave the unit stronger than we found it.
Not everyone is meant to wear the FoE tag.
Those who do earn it.
RULES
Fist of the Empire was originally founded with no rules, and we would prefer to operate on a simple ‘BE A GOOD DUDE/DUDETTE’ rule set. However, as we have grown over the last decade, we learned some tough lessons and found a few commonsense rules are a necessity when operating within a community this large. Members who violate any of the few rules we do have (as confirmed by the leadership of FoE) will quickly find themselves being removed from the guild; no questions asked.
The following are the Community Rules of FoE regardless of the game:
