The goals for the Manifesto are to:

Articulate the vision of Franklin Enterprises LLC. Also to make Franklin Enterprises partners and customers proud of what we’re doing and to provide a framework for other people to advance this vision of our corporation.

Principles

1. Trust is an integral part of modern life in the ‘verse–a key component in communication, collaboration, business, and security.
2. The market is a public resource that must remain open, transparent, and connected.
3. Individuals must have the ability to shape their own experiences in the universe.
4. Free and open markets promote the development of the universe.
5. Transparent corporate practices promote integrity, accountability, and trust.
6. Public cooperation and collaboration within local markets is an important goal.
7. The Customer deserves a commitment to exceed the standard service delivery expectation.

Objectives

1. Provide high quality services and goods across the universe.
2. Maintain a respectable standing across the universe.
3. Ensure customer satisfaction regardless of which market they are participating in.
4. Continually develop our affiliate partnerships with top tier collaboration.
5. Observe all contract arrangements and requirements.
6. Maintain our unique corner of the universe.

Structure

We plan to provide a support net , or solid foundation for people to work as a “Independent Contractor” under Franklin LLC or alongside as a Partner. We envision a highly collaborative yet independent environment between members and affiliates to generate profits and fulfill customer’s economic needs. We want people who like to work independently and have a positive attitude.

Each person will be responsible for their own goods, but Franklin LLC for example will have a protection contract with an affiliate that can provide protection for that member as they fulfill a contract or delivery. Another example could be we have a customer who needs some exploration done, the member could contact another member who specializes in exploration to fulfill that particular need. This could also apply to a transportation type scenario. Members should trade among themselves in order to ensure everyone has the highest quality inventory.

Franklin Enterprises wants to provide a solid Headquarters where members can always fall back to, or a place to bring customers in order to conduct safe/secure transactions. However it will be expected that members go out on their own to different planets and establish satellite store houses or trading posts (future mechanic??). This will be the unique aspect of our organization in that we are all around the universe working for ourselves while upholding our principles of trust, integrity, transparency, and cooperation. A Teamspeak server is available for members or partners to collaborate.

When a citizen sees a member of our organization they should see a trustworthy, professional, and reasonable person to deal with – this is what will set us a part!

5. Promote the Franklin Enterprises principles of trust, integrity, transparency, and cooperation.
