Born from the ashes of UEE failure, The Free Navy stands for those forgotten and exploited. We fight where others won’t, protect who others won’t. Security, escorts, and more. Let us serve you, or serve with us today!
“The Free Navy: Your Protection, Your Terms. Loyalty to None, Freedom for All.”

History

In the wake of mounting corruption within the UEE and unchecked corporate greed from megacorps like Hurston Dynamics and ArcCorp, entire sectors of the Stanton system—and beyond—fell into neglect. While the Advocacy focused on protecting powerful interests and the Navy guarded the elite, frontier colonies and trade convoys were left to fend for themselves.

It was in this chaos, following the tragic abandonment of several fringe settlements after the Synthworld budget drained UEE resources, that The Free Navy was born.

A rogue band of ex-Navy pilots, disenfranchised civilians, and former security contractors banded together—not out of rebellion, but out of necessity. Their goal: protect the powerless, escort the vulnerable, and strike back at those who profit from exploitation.

Operating out of hidden jump points, asteroid bases, and derelict space stations, The Free Navy answers to no empire, corporation, or law—only to its own code. They fight for the right cause… or the right price. Some call them pirates. Others call them heroes.

But one thing is certain: they fly free.

Manifesto

“Loyalty to None, Freedom for All.”

We are The Free Navy.

Born in the wreckage of broken promises, forged in the fire of forgotten wars, we are the ones who stepped up when the UEE stepped back.

We watched the Advocacy protect the powerful. We watched the Navy guard corporate convoys while settlers starved in the black. We saw the Synthworld drain trillions while outer colonies were left to die. We served. We obeyed. Then we woke up.

We are not pirates.
We are not soldiers.
We are something else entirely.

We fly for those who can’t.
We fight for those who won’t be fought for.
We protect what the law won’t, and we strike where justice demands—even if the UEE calls it treason.

We are rebels with discipline.
Mercs with a mission.
Outlaws with a code.

We take jobs—escort, protection, recovery, retaliation. If the price is right and the cause is just, we don’t ask permission—we get it done.

No throne commands us.
No flag binds us.
No system owns us.

We are The Free Navy.
And we only answer to freedom.

Charter

The Free Navy Charter

Ratified by Free Command, 2949

Article I – Purpose

The Free Navy exists to provide security, protection, and retribution for those failed by the United Empire of Earth, corporate interests, and corrupt authorities. We are an independent force—militarized, mobile, and morally driven. Our mission is freedom, on our own terms.

Article II – Allegiance

The Free Navy holds no allegiance to the UEE, megacorporations, planetary governments, or syndicates.
We serve no throne.
We protect no tyrants.
Our only loyalty is to our own—our crew, our code, and the cause of freedom.

Article III – Structure

The Free Navy operates under Free Command, a council of senior officers elected by active members.

Divisions include but are not limited to:

Security Division – Combat pilots, ground forces, and strike teams

Escort & Logistics Division – Transport, convoy defense, and cargo operations

Intelligence & Recon Division – Scouting, infiltration, and asset recovery

Support & Salvage Division – Medics, mechanics, and post-combat salvage

All ranks are earned through action, loyalty, and proven skill—not political favor.

Article IV – Code of Conduct

Protect those who cannot protect themselves.

Respect your crew, your contract, and your cause.

Do not steal from, betray, or exploit fellow members.

Engage in piracy only when justice or survival demands it.

Refuse orders that violate our core values of freedom, fairness, or loyalty.

Article V – Operations

All Free Navy operations must serve one or more of the following:

Defend the defenseless

Undermine the corrupt

Earn fair payment for honest (or necessary) work

Strengthen the Navy and its allies

We take jobs from anyone, but we choose the terms. Every contract must be reviewed by Free Command or its appointed officers.

Article VI – Recruitment

The Free Navy welcomes all roles and skill levels—pilots, traders, gunners, engineers, medics, smugglers, and more.
If you value freedom, fight with honor, and are ready to live by the code, there’s a place for you in our fleet.
