History
After years of freelance work and operations on the fringe of the law, several pilots were tired of being taken advantage of, and desired the safety a coalition of similar individuals could afford. These pilots banded together under the flag of the Oasis Freelance Network with several principles in mind. They would operate as a network, not an organization. They would not be managed or directed, but protected and given the advantages of their pool of contacts and clients. Freelances from across the universe heard of this endeavor and sought it out and the Network grew. Now The Oasis Freelance Network boasts members in all sectors of space across many professions. Smugglers, freelancers, mercenaries and even pirates enjoy the benefits of a network of deep space pilots at their back. Soon after is creation, The Oasis Freelance Network faced its first true challenge. After targeting by a pirate coalition left several members dead or without their ships, the network went to its first war. The eradication of the pirate clan stood as a warning to those who would do the same. The Freelance network has operated without interruption since that time

Those existing and working outside the law often find themselves alone when it matters most. The Oasis Freelance Network provides Couriers, Mercenaries, Merchants and Smugglers with a common banner, protection, and contacts.Citizens will find their need for skilled pilots in high demand and our network of agents and contacts will ensure that our skilled operators are the ones receiving contracts across the stars. Our pilots hone their skills in the trials of deep space and ensure that if pirates, PMC’s, or the law decide to shut us down, we have an army of the universes most skilled fighters, pilots, spies, and blockade runners ready to fight for the continued freedom and profits available to them operating freelance or on the fringe of the law. The Oasis Freelance Network won’t bog you down with management or oversight, we exist provide jobs to freelancers and discreet, reliable service to clients. I. Expectations of members
Members will be available and serve to defend the network in time of war.
Members will not divulge any sensitive information concerning the Oasis Freelance Network or its Clients
Members will faithfully complete any jobs they have accepted
Members will not kill or steal from any other members
II. Expectations of Network towards members
OFN will provide contacts and jobs to members
OFN will defend itself and members in war if necessary
OFN will allow members total freedom in the field
