Frostpoint Utility Department / FROSTPOINT

The Frostpoint Utility Department is dedicated to maintaining the systems, infrastructure, and public works of the town of Frostpoint, population 200 give or take. (The census taker got drunk at 100 and guesstimated the rest of the count.) We do a lil’ of everything – except comply with OSHA.
