History Manifesto Charter

History

Since 2007 Milites Templi is a group committed to living history in the period of the Templar Knights. 1125-1307 AD. Some of us are also serious gamers and play together . In the Verse we’ll do mainly security , exploration and freelancing like the Templar Knights of old. (don’t believe Assassins Creed)

Other people are of course welcome as affiliates, as long as you abide to the charter and manifesto (so no pirates/thiefs/murders/…)

Manifesto

Started as an idea shortly after the first crusade and commissioned in 1125 AD. these warrior monks protected the pilgrims on their way to holy places all over Europe. They went in hiding when the order was abolished in 1307 AD.

Now they re-emerge from hiding to once again protect travellers, pilgrims and merchants alike from the dangers that lurk between the stars. Where the Milites Templi appear , there will be no more wretched hives of scum and villainy.
In the same time they’ll explore strange new worlds, to seek out new life and new civilizations, to boldly go where no Templar has gone before.

Protect the weak – Fight Evil – Enter the Unknown – Evolve for the glory of the Light – Be kind to those who are of good will , blast the others to smithereens.
