In our organization money is the first and last concern, we are trying to build a corporation built upon a transport tycoon model. Initially moving along the trade lines then infiltrating manufacture and supply lines assets to allow us monopoly and control of the market.

I knew I would be a excellent leader and go on to do great things, even as a small child I would feel like there is a purpose for my being as tho I was supposed to do something great one day. throughout adolescence, and early adulthood I began to see the world and universe around me for what it really is, its a pay to win game baby. Having to accept that pill in life was a tough pill to swallow indeed but if you chaise that pill with logic and a dash of reason with hint of business savvy you realise how to play the game most effectively.

Well to play the game effectively I realized you need a large group of like minded people willing to work to a common goal. How to achieve this I thought to my self, after a while I came to the realisation that if I can make a bunch of people wealthy by organizing distribution of goods throughout the universe in the same way that many successful galactic transport company’s have done so far. I would how ever like to take it to the next level after accruing funds as a simple transport corp members will be able to decide on assets to invest in to help push profits through the roof and hopefully pay large dividends to all our share holders. all members will be given shares for a 6.7% income tax on cargo sales dividends will vary according to gdp but should far out strip the minor 6.7% tax used for fueling insurance and maintenance costs of the fleet .

I really think if we can get the right people behind us we have a shot at playing with the big boys, from that platform anything is possible.

FULL SPECTIUM DYNAMICS

Full Spectrum Dynamics is responsible for improving the customer experience, planning, program administration, policy, regulation, procuring transport services, infrastructure and freight. Transport operating agencies have been freed up to focus on service delivery – providing safe, reliable, clean, efficient & private transport services.

FSD consists of five divisions, three delivery offices and the Office of the Secretary

FDS divisions

Customer Services
•Sustains strong focus on the customer and the end-to-end customer journey experience.
•Production of communications materials, marketing, behavioural and education campaigns.
•Manages public affairs, stakeholder and community engagement, including support to projects.
•Delivers customer relations and provides government services.
•Manages pricing and revenue within the current policy framework.

Freight, Strategy & Planning
•Develops strategy and policy for freight, public transport and roads networks.
•Ensures alignment across policy and infrastructure strategy.
•Plans the portfolio, ensuring alignment to FSD priorities.
•Responsible for whole of FSD safety and standards.
•Coordinates cargo movement.

Finance & Investment
•Responsible for financial and management accounting.
•Facilitates investment governance.
•Strong commercial capability to support high value, complex projects and service models.
•Manages transactions and supports commercial development opportunities for public transit real property.

Infrastructure & Services
•Accountable for delivery of service and infrastructure.
•Provides consistent approach and support to projects, with flexibility in delivery model.
•Brings strong commercial acumen necessary to evolve service models with operators.
•Single point for freight access and performance.

People & Corporate Services

•Responsible for human resources, information communication technology and investigative and legal services across the transport cluster.
•Promotes organisational efficiency through the development, implementation and continuous improvement of business systems and processes.
•Drives the overall reform agenda across the transport cluster to create an efficient, effective and service-oriented workforce.

•Ensures financial and other relevant risks are reported and managed across the Transport cluster.
•Provides proactive, strategic, timely information and business support for effective decision-making.
•Coordinates FSDs involvement in Cabinet processes.
