Preamble

We, the members of the Farmers United Players Association, do hereby establish this corporation with the purpose of building prosperity, defending opportunity, and securing our place among the stars.

From the asteroid fields to the trade lanes, from distant outposts to frontier settlements, we stand united by labor, loyalty, and mutual gain. We are not merely pilots, miners, haulers, traders, or escorts. We are the backbone of industry. We are the hands that extract, refine, transport, and deliver what keeps the verse alive.

Where others seek chaos, we seek order.

Article I — Our Mission

The mission of this corporation shall be to create a strong, organized, and self-sustaining operation within the verse through mining, trade, logistics, and convoy support.

We shall pursue wealth not through disorder, but through coordinated industry. We shall mine the raw resources of the stars, trade goods across lawful routes, and conduct supply convoys to support our members, allies, and future operations.

Our purpose is simple:

Article II — Our Principles

This corporation shall be guided by the following principles:

Unity in Operation
No pilot succeeds alone forever. Our strength comes from coordination, teamwork, and reliable communication.

Members shall conduct themselves with maturity, focus, and respect during corporation operations. Disorder weakens the fleet.

Article III — Mining Operations

Mining shall be one of the primary industries of this corporation.

Members engaged in mining shall work to locate, extract, and deliver valuable resources for personal profit, corporate growth, and organized trade operations.

Mining crews may consist of scouts, miners, haulers, refinery coordinators, and escorts. Each role shall be valued, because every successful mining operation depends on teamwork.

The corporation shall encourage organized mining runs, shared security, resource tracking, and fair distribution of profits when operating as a group.

The rock may be claimed by the laser, but the profit is secured by the fleet.

Article IV — Trade and Commerce

Trade shall serve as the lifeblood of this corporation.

We shall seek profitable routes, stable markets, and dependable supply chains. Members may engage in personal trade, group trade, or corporation-supported commerce.

The corporation shall value intelligence, planning, and timing. A good trader does not simply move cargo. A good trader understands demand, risk, distance, fuel, security, and profit.

Our trade operations shall be conducted with purpose. Every route flown, every crate moved, and every credit earned shall strengthen our presence in the verse.

Article V — Supply Convoys

Supply convoys shall represent the organized strength of this corporation.

When a convoy is called, members shall rally to move goods, equipment, vehicles, refined materials, or mission-critical cargo across the verse.

A convoy may include cargo ships, escorts, scouts, refuelers, repair support, medical support, and command personnel. Each ship shall have a role, and each role shall matter.

Convoys shall operate under clear communication and fleet discipline. Routes, escorts, stops, and emergency procedures should be planned before departure whenever possible.

The convoy does not belong to one pilot.
The convoy belongs to the corporation.
When one ship is threatened, the fleet responds.

Article VI — Defense and Security

Though we are an industrial and logistics corporation, we shall not be defenseless.

We do not seek unnecessary war, piracy, or reckless conflict. However, we reserve the right to defend our members, our cargo, our routes, and our operations.

Security pilots shall protect mining crews, escort trade ships, and defend supply convoys. Combat may not be our primary purpose, but it shall remain a necessary shield for our industry.

We build with one hand and defend with the other.

Article VII — Membership

Membership in this corporation shall be open to those who share our values of teamwork, loyalty, productivity, and respect.

A member may serve as a miner, trader, hauler, escort, scout, medic, engineer, organizer, or any other role that supports the success of the corporation.

No member shall be looked down upon for flying a smaller ship, learning a new role, or starting with limited resources. Every captain begins somewhere.

What matters most is not the size of the ship, but the reliability of the pilot.

Article VIII — Code of Conduct

Members of the corporation shall be expected to follow the code below:

Respect fellow members.
Support organized operations when able.
Do not intentionally sabotage corporation missions.
Do not steal from members or corporation operations.
Communicate clearly during convoys and fleet movement.
Do not create unnecessary conflict that endangers the corporation.
Represent the Farmers United Players Association with honor.

A corporation without trust is nothing more than scattered ships in the dark.

Article IX — Our Vision

We seek to become a recognized industrial force within the verse.

Our vision is to build a corporation known for dependable logistics, profitable mining operations, disciplined convoys, and strong member support.

We will not measure success only by credits earned, but by fleets organized, routes secured, cargo delivered, and members raised from starter ships to command decks.

Members may defend themselves, their cargo, their crew, their convoy, and their organization. Security action is permitted when protecting operations, responding to threats, or assisting allied members.

We build first, but we will defend what we build.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are not tolerated:

Piracy against members or allies.
Stealing from organization members.
Intentionally sabotaging mining, trade, or convoy operations.
Harassing members, allies, or other players.
Ignoring fleet command during organized operations in a way that endangers others.
Using the organization name to scam, grief, or damage our reputation.
