“Furyans, defiant to the end.” – Aereon 2740

Furyans live by only three rules:
Don’t back stab your brothers.
Don’t harm those that don’t harm you.
Do whatever it takes to survive in the face of death.

History

Furya is a dead world, once the homeworld of the Furyans, a thriving spiritual warrior race known for their superior strength and abilities. In the year 2712 the Necromonger Empire culled almost the entire race of Furyans in an all out campaign by Lord Marshal Zhylaw. He was consulted by an Elemental seer which prophesied that a child born on the planet Furya would be his ultimate downfall. To forestall this prophecy, Zhylaw attacked Furya in an attempt to massacre all of the children, going so far as to personally strangle newborn infants with their umbilical cords. In doing so, Zhylaw believed that he had culled his own doom, but unbeknownst to him a handful of Furyans had survived the massacre. Now they live on the fringes of known space running from the law and the Necromonger hordes doing whatever it takes to survive.

The Last Furyans are a syndicate of brothers formed many years after their homeworld was destroyed. They are bound by a common goal to restore Furya to its former glory. With limited resources and an undying urge to survive at any cost The Last Furyans will do whatever it takes to get what they need. Unlike other organizations though, The Last Furyans will not kill those who do not seek to harm them. They have even been known to carry out mercenary work and even escort those in need through the dangers of deep space. The Last Furyans are a close knit and proud organization driven to survive and to one day return home.

For now though, the Furyan race is in the hands of a small few. The only chance it has to survive is if the remaining Furyans, as well as anybody else willing enough to help, band together to find Mother Furya while collecting resources and weapons along the way from those unlucky enough to cross the path of a Furyan.
