Corporation Charter
All employees of the Gravity Gun Only Corporation are expected to abide to the following:
1.1 Charter
- Deliver the best possible experience to all customers.
- Deliver all services within reasonable time accommodations.
- Deliver all services at a reasonable cost to the customer, as deemed by the management.
2.1 Code of Conduct
All members of the Gravity Gun Only Corporation are expected to abide within the following code of conduct:
- No employee may cause the intentional death of another employee, or attempt to do so.
- No employee may cause intentional damage to the property of the corporation or to that of another employee, or attempt to do so.
- No employee may violate the law of any territory in which the corporation is operating, while using personal equipment or corporation equipment.
- No employee may intentionally endanger corporation property, customer property or the lives of corporation customers
- No employee may intentionally damage the reputation of the corporation.
- No employee may ever abuse any bug, flaw, software vulnerability in the game, or violate the game’s terms of service.
2.2 Disciplinary Proceedings
The following disciplinary proceedings should be followed if an employee violates the corporation code of conduct.
2.2.1 Disciplinary Proceedings for all Employees
A management level employee may execute the following against any employee of lower rank than themselves:
- Temporary demotion of player to Junior rank with immediate effect, pending review.
- Locking of company assets to employee with immediate effect.
- Initiate the seizure of all corporation assets currently within employee’s personal assets.
- Initiate a kill order/bounty on the employee in question, this may be funded using corporation assets.
2.2.2 Specialist Disciplinary Proceedings for Middle and Junior Employees
An management level employee may execute the following:
- Demotion of employee to junior rank with immediate effect on a permanent basis, pending review.
- Dismissal of employee with immediate effect, pending review.
2.2.3 Specialist Disciplinary Proceedings for Senior and Managerial Employees
An executive level employee may execute the following:
- Demotion of employee to junior rank with immediate effect on a permanent basis.
- Dismissal of employee with immediate effect, pending review.
2.2.4 Specialist Disciplinary Proceedings for Director Level Employees
A board member may execute the following:
- Demotion of employee to junior rank with immediate effect, pending review.
A meeting of all Board members must be convened to discuss further action, a decision must be made on a simple democratic vote (50%+ YES to pass), with each member receiving one vote.
2.2.5 Specialist Disciplinary Proceedings for Board Member Employees
A meeting of all other board members must be convened, and a decision must be made by a unanimous democratic vote, with each member receiving one vote. Any action is permitted to be taken.
Board Members cannot be disciplined for any other reason aside from violation of corporation code of conduct.
3.1 Definitions of employee levels
Board – Those of Board Member rank, including CEO
Executive – Those of Director or Board Member rank.
Management – Those of Manager, Director or Board Member rank.
Senior – Those of Senior, Manager, Director or Board Member rank.
Middle – Those of Middle, Senior, Manager, Director or Board Member rank.
Junior – Those of all ranks
