History
Grim Reaper Division – Combat Arms
The Combat Division is oldest arm of the Ghost Legion and was created to deal with the overwhelming criminal element on the frontier. Originally managed by the Founders themselves, leadership functionality of this division was delegated to the Division Leaders as the ranks filled with capable pilots. The division is no stranger to combat and has specialized flights to deal with different forms of conflict.
Wraith Flight – Bounty Hunters
Predator Flight – Black Ops/Mercenaries
Shadow Flight – Assassin/Infiltration Agent*
Division Motto: “In absentia luci, tenebrae vincunt” (In the absence of light, darkness conquers)
Spectre Division – Commerce
As the squadron grew so did its operating costs; leaders commissioned the creation of the Commerce Division in order to handle the operating cost and ultimately keep up with the rapid growth of Ghost Legion. Although primarily non-combative in nature, the pilots of Spectre Division are all combat capable veterans and many of the trade ships are heavily armed. The Commerce division prides itself on never losing a ship to piracy to-date. Known to employ wolf pack tactics, any potential hijackers can expect to be on the receiving end of a beating which few are allowed to survive.
Revenant Flight – Rares/Mining/Combat Trader
Banshee Flight – Smuggling/Salvage Trader
Phantom Flight – Normal/Smuggling Trader

Raven Division – Exploration
As the ranks of the Ghost Legion filled; the tactics of the Legion became more sophisticated and the need to utilize uninhabited space for resources, staging areas for rapid strikes, stellar cartography, and scientific advancement arose. Although very new in relation to the other divisions, Raven Division has proven itself as an invaluable resource to the entire Squadron whether it is Pathfinding new trade routes, charting potential sections to be used for ambush, performing long range reconnaissance for surgical strikes or surveilling targets for intelligence.
Eidolon Flight – Pathfinder / Combat Pathfinder
Onryō Flight – Long Range Reconnaissance / Combat Recon
Obsidian Flight – Tactical Surveillance

Manifesto
Mission Statement:
To provide dominant combat capability, exploration, reconnaissance, logistical support and commerce across the galaxy at any time, any place.
Vision:
To be the Galaxy’s premier combat wing capable of dominating any adversary.
Charter
Rules of Engagement
1. You are not to actively seek out and engage any Player Pirate/Criminal groups outside our territory without clearance from either the Wing Commander, Deputy Wing Commander, Chief of Staff.
2. You will not call attention to yourselves… Our Legion motto is “Ex Umbra” (From the shadows) and announcing who we are and what we do negates our advantage.
3. If you witness fellow commander(s) (Non-Legion members) being harassed by griefers or pirates you are authorized to engage… make sure you kill all aggressors.
4. If any of you are interdicted or attacked you are authorized to organize a surgical kill team and quickly kill the aggressor(s).
5. Those of you who wish to spill blood you are obligated learn to do so efficiently by training in coordination and tactics with CMDR Dobermann IX. If you are a skilled pilot, then teach and train with your flight team members (They may save your life)
6. Do not lead enemies to our doorstep.
7. Exercise Operational Security (OPSEC) at all times.
8. No Combat Logging in PvP Combat… win or lose we fight to the death!
Rules of Conduct for Group Alliances
1. Outside partners / groups have no express or implied authority in Ghost Legion unless authorized by the Wing Commander.
2. Carry yourself with honor and class.
3. Uphold our Rules of Engagement.
4. Bring internal or external grievances to Ghost Legion leadership.
5. You are under no obligation to participate in any activity.
6. No disclosure of our affairs to anyone outside of Ghost Legion.
7. Recruiting of allied group members by any member within this alliance is forbidden.
8. Have fun!
Short Term Goals
The overall goal of this Legion is to dominate our adversaries by utilizing superior tactics, cunning, and stealth. I ask for patience as we grow our minor faction… the focus for everyone should be honing your diverse skills until you function like a well oiled machine.
Live by the 6 P’s (Prior, Proper, Planning, Prevents, Piss-poor, Performance)
Conclusion
You have the resources of combat expertise in your fellow commanders. All these resources are provided… take them and hone your skills and prepare. Through preparation the time will come when we will be a force to be reckoned with… preferably through shear numbers, skill and ferocity. We have a house to build… so lets build a strong foundation!
