History Manifesto Charter

History

The GOLD TUSK CORPORATION was created by a joint group of ex-military, contractors, and other members of the Empire during the Messer Regime. The founding members was witnessing the downfall of the regime nearing and saw an opportunity to fill in the gaps a fledgling Empire would leave during the shifting of Imperial Leadership. this moment in history gave the GTC everything it needed to operate into the landscape of today, from contracts with some of the biggest industry leaders and gaining a great deal of trust from the communities our corporation operates around. The scale and complexity of the task is never to little or great for GTC to take on as long as it is in the benefit of the company.

Manifesto

The actions we as the GOLD TUSK CORPORATION take will be in the interest of the company and any member in it. all our members deserve to both be provided a good experience, and the chance at actions only derived from group play. no mission is beneath us and our major goal is too not to simply grow our membership but to cultivate it.

Any individual who joins should be joining for THREE reasons:
  • TO JOIN IN A COOPERATIVE EXPERIENCE
  • TO PARTICPATE IN EXPERIENCES SUCH AS EVENTS OR DEDICATED GAME SESSIONS
  • WILLING TO BE MORE THEN A YES MAN

being laid back sounds great but expectations should be set and some form of rules are always necessary.

EXPECTATIONS:
  • Be a team player – non of us should be here to be a main character, we are all in this for a group experience at the end of the day.
  • No role is too small – no matter if you are new or experienced every position no matter the activity is important. don’t hesitate to broaden horizons either we want our members to be the best they want to be.
  • Participate – this is a must at a certain degree as this should be the big part of being part of a group
  • Life is Life – life happens so focus on it, this is a game and we aren’t your job. communication helps so we know you’re not a goner but life is too important.
  • Ranks are not Bosses – members who grow further into the org must understand these roles are not that of managers of people, we as leadership are further enhancements of the group experience. we are coordinators(like captains, crew chiefs, squad leaders) or event planners. these roles only signify experience in a role or with the group.
RULES:
  • Here to play not fight – take your beef somewhere else
  • Ruining the fun – we are all here for something away from life
  • Bullying is a zero tolerance – Be mature everyone is here to play not deal with B.S.
