The universe is a big place and you won’t want to be alone. All do we don’t aim to be the biggest we do aim to be a well organised connected group. The Aurum Collective sets out to create a small social group which will be in regular communication with all members and with each individual having their own say and there opinion and word being valued. All do our aim is to create a social group we will still work hard to achieve much within the star citizen universe through a combination of strategic planning and management.

Our intentions are to make a cohesive social group that works together to achieve goals set in the universe and complete immediate missions and jobs. We don’t carry a set focus of what our overall role within the ‘verse will be (Trading, Mining, PMC) this is due to our open and approachable structure we’d rather together decide where we go and what we achieve and a part of that relies on waiting for the launch of the game. The Aurum collective seeks to operate in conjunction to large organisations working as outsource and to also work with other small to medium organisation when a larger presence is needed.

We’re looking for those who wish to work with a small, approachable but dedicated organisation and are willing to work with us to create a great but overall enjoyable group. We retain the fact that no one in our group will ever be forced to do something they don’t wish to do and they’ll have equal input.

With a focus of being a smaller organisation their comes some benefits, the most prominent one is the ability to create a flat hierarchy within the organisation. We do still have a ranking and structure but this is set out to distinguish new users and admin permissions and does not reflect value of opinion.

To create a social organisation we want people who are going to be regularly active, we’re not forcing you to play with us but if you do join we expect you to want to engage with us. That being said we understand that there will be times were you’ll want to do and experience things on your own and we completely understand that and we’ll never demand or force you to always be with us. In conjunction we understand real life commitments and won’t demand a minimum playtime.

In order to form a strategic social group, we need to talk to you. We do that using a great VOIP service called Discord which is completely free and if you want to join we’d expect you to have it installed.

We don’t want immature or foul attitudes, disagreements may happen but we expect from all personnel to be civil and polite being rude has no place in the friendly social community we seek to create. There will be a lot of different people with different opinions which you can disagree with but we don’t tolerate rudeness instead we expect a polite debate.
