Conquer the stars, to rise Eternal.
History
With much experience in security and bounty hunting, our founder was chief of security for a quite reputable organization. Eventually, he became known under the name “Mekrogthisitrix” or “The Mechanical Dragon” by a few, and received a classified message, which drove him to create this great company, and the powerful standards it offers to it’s members, and services to the populace. With the slogan “Conquer the stars, to rise Eternal” as a slogan that doubles as both a proclamation to raise humanity up to conquer the cosmos with advancements in technology and security, and a call to join them for eternal security of both body and memory, the company saw success in sales and recruitment. The “Golden Dragon” became somewhat of a symbol of the company’s creed they carry across the stars, upheld to the highest respect, this symbol represents their strict belief in carrying greatness in all aspects of their being and actions. Though some members, including our founder have spoken of the Golden Dragon as if it were a physical, or even living entity, we officially reassure the public, that it is only a symbol of our resolve, and faith in the founder’s vision.
Manifesto
Greatness in all things, at any cost. This is what Goldwyrm stands for, the message sent throughout the stars. The Eternals of Goldwyrm deliver the highest quality technologies, incredible security, and materials refined to perfection. Our mission is to advance humanity to conquer the stars with advanced technology, while ensuring the security of our members, customers, and partners, failure to uphold the standards of the Golden Dragon in excellence, is unacceptable.
Charter
The name of this corporation is Goldwyrm Eternals Corporation, henceforth referred to in this charter as Goldwyrm. The members of this organization are henceforth referred to in this charter as Eternals.
Goldwyrm intends to bring high quality technology, resources and security for reasonable yet competitive prices.
The central headquarters of Goldwyrm is currently undisclosed.
The leader of Goldwyrm is Mekrogthisitrix.
Goldwyrm intends to operate indefinitely.
Barring official direct intervention with cause from the United Empire, the Eternals of Goldwyrm are only required to abide by commands given by higher ranking Goldwyrm personnel, however it is advised to cooperate with planetary governments unless necessary to defy them, as to reduce risk of tension.
Goldwyrm Eternals are required to follow the commands of higher ranking Goldwyrm personnel while providing services for the company.
Goldwyrm may call upon the assistance of it’s Eternals at any time, and if available, the Eternal must assist to the best of their ability.
An Eternal of Goldwyrm may not be under the employ of another corporation.
Deliberate sabotage of Goldwyrm by an Eternal has consequences of minimum termination of employment, and maximum termination of life, depending on severity of the actions taken.
An Eternal of Goldwyrm may not be a member of a criminal organization.
Goldwyrm does not negotiate, or officially co-operate and do business, with known members of criminal organizations.
Goldwyrm as well as it’s leaders and partners, are not responsible for the illegal activities of any of it’s Eternals. Any official investigations of Goldwyrm and/or it’s leadership can only be done by the United Empire and with cause, as well as advanced notice of minimum two months, allowing Goldwyrm to finish it’s own investigation into the matter and resolve the issue.
