In Star Citizen, starting out can feel overwhelming. There’s a lot to learn, and doing it alone slows you down. The Greenhorns formed around a simple idea. New players learn faster, earn more, and have more fun when they group up.

We built this organization to make it easy for new pilots to find other new pilots and jump into the game together right away.

Most of our activity centers on small groups running missions side by side. You might join a crew hauling cargo across systems, team up for a mining run, or work together on a salvage job. These group sessions help you learn the game while you’re actively earning credits, not just watching or reading guides.

You don’t need experience to join. In fact, most members are figuring things out at the same time. That shared learning environment removes pressure and makes it easier to ask questions, try new roles, and improve quickly.

We keep things casual and flexible. No strict requirements, no forced schedules. You log in, find a group, and get started. If you only have a short window to play, you can still jump into a crew and contribute right away.

Playing in a group also opens up more opportunities. Larger cargo runs, more efficient mining, faster salvage operations, and better payouts become possible when players work together. Even simple missions become more rewarding when you’re part of a team.

The Greenhorns is built on cooperation, not competition. Members support each other, share what they learn, and grow together. Many players who joined as beginners now help others get started, keeping that cycle going.
