Greyspace Defence Corporation is a private military group, our services include but are not limited to;

• Fleet Escort and Security (Ships available for escort; Light Fighter, Medium Fighter, Heavy Fighter)
  (Soon to be available; Polaris, Hammerhead)
  Our VIP clients will have access to provided by larger ships, even capital class.

• Organisation Assault and Defence

• Interplanetary and Intergalactic Security and Missions

Our dedicated Medical team also are able to provide medical services.

Our dedicated engineering team is able to provide repair and refuel services.

We, the citizens of the universe, united in our diversity, recognizing the need for order, justice, and prosperity, establish this Charter to govern our organisation within the bounds of the Greyspace Defence Corp.

Article I: Principles and Foundation

Constitutional Framework: This Organisation conforms to a naval rank structure and is commanded by a headquarters that upholds the values of democracy, justice, liberty, equality, and the rule of law.

Separation of Powers: The powers of the organisation shall be divided into three main units, the main naval fleet which overarches the remaining two units; the support unit and combat unit.

Article II: Rights and Freedoms

Fundamental Rights: All employees shall enjoy fundamental rights and freedoms, including but not limited to freedom of speech, assembly, religion, and the pursuit of happiness, without discrimination.

Equality and Non-Discrimination: Every employee shall be equal before the law, regardless of race, gender, religion, or any other distinction, and discrimination in any form shall be prohibited.

Property Rights: The right to private property shall be respected, subject to the just laws of the Organisation.

Article III: Structures and Fleet Units

Fleet Headquarters: The Fleet Headquarters shall consist of senior officers who shall faithfully execute the laws, ensure the security and prosperity of the system, and act as representatives of the Organisation.

Combat Unit Headquarters: The Combat Unit Headquarters shall be under the command of the fleet headquarters and have their own commanding officers who shall be impartial, interpreting the employers needs, ensuring success, and safeguarding the rights and liberties of the Organisation and Intergalactic Law..

Support Unit Headquarters: The Support Unit Headquarters shall be under the command of the fleet headquarters and have their own commanding officers who shall be impartial, interpreting the employers and fleet needs, ensuring all of our personnel, ships and equipment are fleet and combat ready, and ensuring all of their duties are still under the rights and liberties of the Organisation and Intergalactic Law.

Article IV: Alliance and Participation

Alliance: Alliance shall be granted to those who pledge allegiance to the Organisation, uphold its values, and contribute positively to the Organisation.

Article V: Protection and Security

Defence and Security: The Organisation shall provide for the defence and security of its members, ensuring peace and protection against external threats, but will require a donation from those who look to employ the Organisation.

Law and Order: The Corporation shall establish and maintain law and order, ensuring the safety and rights of all members.

Article VI: Amendment and Review

Amendment Process: Amendments to this Charter may be proposed by members initiative, requiring a supermajority vote for approval.

Regular Review: The Charter shall undergo regular review to ensure its relevance and alignment with the evolving needs of the Organisation.

Conclusion

This Charter is hereby established as the fundamental law of the Greyspace Defence Corp, guaranteeing the rights, freedoms, and responsibilities of its members, and ensuring the prosperity and welfare of the Organisation.
