Welcome to GHOSTS OF THE WARP SYNDICATE!
————————————————————————————————
“Invisibile esse est liberum esse” —-To be unseen is to be free—-

What we do:
bounties, onyx missions, space and ground combat

History

**Forged in the lawless corridors between jump points and forgotten stations, The Ghosts of the Warp began as a loose network of independent bounty hunters during the early years of escalating piracy and corporate abandonment in the outer systems. When official security forces proved slow—or unwilling—to respond, freelancers with similar ethics and shared enemies began flying together.

Their name was earned, not chosen. Targets reported ships vanishing from scanners, appearing without warning, and striking with ruthless precision before slipping back into the void. Red-lit signatures, scorched hulls, and silent comm channels became their calling card.

Over time, the Ghosts evolved into a structured syndicate:

Bounty hunters specializing in high-risk captures and confirmed kills

Freelance operators taking contracts others wouldn’t touch—escort, recovery, black-site retrieval, and deniable operations

Independent by design, loyal to the contract, not governments or megacorps

They operate primarily on the fringes of UEE space, accepting work from advocacy groups, corporations, and private clients alike—so long as the terms align with their code: no unpaid blood, no broken contracts, no unnecessary noise.

Manifesto

Have fun! were a group, so if you find yourself flying solo, you can always find someone here to join!

Charter

  • 1. The Contract Is Law
A contract accepted is a contract fulfilled. No abandonment, no betrayal, no excuses.
  • 2. Brotherhood of the Void
A Ghost does not sabotage another Ghost. Disputes are settled through command channels, not public comms or open space.
  • 3. Leave No Ghost Behind
Recovery of downed members and ships takes priority when tactically viable. We do not abandon our own.

    Code of Conduct

1. The Contract Is Law
A contract accepted is a contract fulfilled. No abandonment, no betrayal, no excuses. Failure is answered internally.

2. Payment Before Loyalty
We serve no government, corporation, or faction by default. Our loyalty is to the contract and the syndicate—nothing else.

3. No Unnecessary Noise
Collateral draws attention. Attention draws retaliation. Precision is strength; chaos is weakness.

4. Brotherhood of the Void
A Ghost does not sabotage another Ghost. Disputes are settled through command channels, not public comms or open space.

5. Leave No Ghost Behind
Recovery of downed members and ships takes priority when tactically viable. We do not abandon our own.

6. Reputation Is Currency
Our name opens doors and closes escape routes. Members will not act in ways that damage the syndicate’s standing.

7. Targets Are Targets—Civilians Are Not
Non-combatants are not contracts. Unjustified civilian losses will not be tolerated.

8. Discretion Is Survival
Operational details stay within the syndicate. No leaks, no boasting, no recordings without authorization.

9. Adapt or Die
The void changes. Loadouts, tactics, and roles must change with it. Stagnation is failure.

10. The Warp Remembers
Every action reflects on the Ghosts of the Warp. Those who violate this code will answer—quietly or permanently.

If you’d like, I can:

Make a shortened “field version” for quick reference

Add rank-based exceptions or enforcement rules

Write a recruit oath or initiation ritual

Tune it more lawful / more ruthless / more RP-heavy

make a rules for the players, involving no recism, no hate speach, no bullying and build on it

Here’s a clear, expanded player ruleset built for a mature, professional gaming org, written to be easy to enforce and easy to understand while still fitting the tone of The Ghosts of the Warp:
