“Profit, Beyond the Stars”
Mali Intergalactic LTD was founded in 2897 by Ayo Osei-Mali, a former ArcCorp trade negotiator and descendant of Earth’s historic Mali Empire. Disillusioned by corporate rigidity, Ayo envisioned a lean, decentralized trading empire built on honor, agility, and legacy. Beginning with a single modified Caterpillar, the company carved its name in the shadowy edges of space—salvaging wrecks, brokering fringe deals, and moving high-value cargo through dangerous systems.
By the early 2900s, Mali Intergalactic had grown from a rogue trader crew into a formidable logistics and salvage enterprise. Operating in systems like Pyro, Nyx, and Oso, the company thrived on risk, frontier diplomacy, and bold navigation of legal grey zones. Its “sector lord” model empowered captains to command crews with semi-independent authority, creating a dynamic—but sometimes volatile—internal hierarchy.
The turning point came in 2921 with the acquisition of docking rights at Baijini Point in Stanton. This legal foothold in UEE space allowed Mali Intergalactic to funnel fringe goods into mainstream markets, cleanly and profitably. Rumors persist of a covert division, “Mali Black,” conducting espionage, smuggling, and corporate sabotage, though the company denies all such claims.
Culturally, Mali honors its roots with a hybrid of ancient West African symbolism and frontier space ethos. Ship names, rituals, and crew traditions echo this legacy—every “Caravaneer” swears the Golden Oath: loyalty, purpose, respect, and most importantly, profit.
Now a mid-tier interstellar power, Mali Intergalactic positions itself as a key broker in volatile territories, walking the line between commerce and conflict—with legacy in one hand, and profit in the other.

Mali Intergalactic LTD – Member Rules & Conduct Summary
All Caravaneers of Mali Intergalactic LTD operate under the guiding principle of the Golden Oath: Loyalty to the crew, profit with purpose, and respect for the legacy.
To ensure unity, professionalism, and survival in both UEE and frontier systems, all members agree to the following operational code:
1. Crew Loyalty is Absolute
Never abandon your crew mid-mission. Every member is part of the caravan. Individual glory never outweighs collective success.
2. Respect Roles and Chain of Command
Follow mission leads and assigned duties. Unapproved role swapping or overriding a superior’s orders weakens the caravan’s structure.
3. No Loot Theft or Skimming
Mission rewards, salvage, and cargo are shared per Mali protocols. Hidden profits or side deals are grounds for blacklisting.
4. Clean Comms During Ops
Maintain clear, mission-focused communication. Disruptive chatter, mic abuse, or personal drama during operations will result in comm restrictions or bans.
5. Avoid Unjustified Combat
Do not fire on allies, non-hostile ships, or civilians. Combat must be sanctioned or provoked—especially within UEE space. Frontier aggression must be tactically justified.
6. Mali Tag = Mali Standards
Members using the [MALI-LTD] tag must act with integrity. Toxic behavior, griefing, or exploit use reflects poorly on the org and will not be tolerated.
7. Manage Your Heat
If you’re carrying a CrimeStat, you must alert leadership before docking at Mali hubs. Don’t bring UEE heat to company assets.
8. Extract Your Own
When possible, always recover downed or stranded crew. Leave no one behind unless ordered otherwise.
9. Settle Conflicts Internally
Personal disputes must not interfere with missions. Use Mali’s internal council or mediators to resolve issues constructively.
These rules reflect our hybrid heritage—equal parts frontier realism and structured tradition. Mali is not just a company; it’s a caravan of legacy-driven entrepreneurs walking the line between chaos and commerce.
Profit well. Move with purpose. Leave no kin behind.
