History
“Gunslinger” is a team of experienced veterans offering para-military services to private parties for just and lawful purposes. We offer armed escort, point defense, fugitive recovery, and more.
Gunslinger was founded by Veteran fighter pilot Trip “Turbo” Rodriguez in 2944 after deciding that the old adage “If you want it done right, you’ve got to do it yourself.” was too true to ignore any longer.
After a tour of duty serving as a fighter pilot in the UEE Navy Trip mustered out of the military and was recruited into the Advocacy where he served as an agent for several years. Disgusted by government corruption Trip eventually left the Advocacy to start his own company where he would no longer be caught behind bureaucratic red tape.
“Gunslinger” is a champion for the good and just. If you’ve got a job for the good guys this is a good place to look for help. If the job involves taking down slavers, pirates, or revealing a government official’s involvement in something dirty you might even get a discount!
Manifesto
Gunslinger will provide military grade services to private companies and individuals as long as the pay is good and the motives are just. Gunslinger believes in the spirit of the law over the letter of the law. These are the good guys, but that doesn’t mean they strictly adhere to all the rules. Slavers are our ultimate prey, we will kill slavers and rescue slaves at every opportunity.
Charter
First and foremost “Gunslinger” is a roleplay organization and everything possible will be done to create an immersive RP experience.
Members of Gunslinger are not to be involved in or tolerant of unjust criminal acts. Generally we follow the law, though sometimes the law needs to be bent a little.
Slavers are the nastiest bad guys in the ‘verse and we will take them down at every opportunity even if we aren’t getting paid to do so.
When conducting TIR cross-org operations Gunslinger members are not to perform any tasks other than those that adhere to our theme of a “PMC”. Internal Gunslinger operations of any kind may be conducted so long as they do not conflict with our moral code.
